Thanks, LL. I hope that's enforced - not because I suffer from the UKIP-ish terror of furriners, but because so many are coming to the UK thinking the streets are paved with gold, only to discover they are anything but. And certain elements from Rumania - not all, but a sizeable number - have done terrible damage to any prospect of selling European Unity to Brits - their behaviour has been dreadful. Swan-eating never goes down well with the natives...

The famous Polish plumbers, on the other hand, are almost National Treasures now.

Cameron might just save some of his skin if he can make that stick.
