Yes, people are being sucked in. But just how stupid are they? It's been eight years for God's sake. So a lot of them just enjoy doing this.

Sadly, Sabot, there's an element in every population that's like the haters. In past centuries, their ancestors doubtless enjoyed accusing their neighbours of being witches, or took the family along to public executions as a nice day out. Or, in more recent history, were chief noose-wavers in lynch mobs in the bad old Deep South.

There is NO hope for them - they choose to believe lies, because it gives them an excuse to torment innocent people.

As to this case - I have NO idea why the haters ignore reason, logic, the police files and the archiving report. I suspect the very fact that they prefer convicted torturer Tavares de Almeida's version of events speaks for itself. They completely ignore the fact that his interim report was overturned by the Archiving Dispatch.

They even ignore the report done by senior PJ officers between the two, which also poured cold water on de Almeida's nonsense.

This summarized description raises a question that we would like to see answered: could the dog be 'marking' not the odours emanated from a cadaver, directly or indirectly (by contagious), but from blood in putrefaction'

These dogs are means for obtaining proof but they cannot be used as proof. They must be taken as instruments. Any vestige, even invisible to the eye, recovered with the use of these dogs, has to be subjected to forensic exam on a credited laboratory.
