Re: Taliban leader tries (and fails) to get asylum in Germany
One of his brothers said Amri deserves 'every condemnation' if he is guilty of the Christmas market massacre.
Abdelkader Amri said the family 'rejects terrorism' and suggested they would cut ties with fugitive brother Anis Amri if he was found to be behind the atrocity.
He said: 'When I saw the picture of my brother in the media, I couldn't believe my eyes. I'm in shock, and can't believe it's him who committed this crime.'
But, he added, 'if he's guilty, he deserves every condemnation. We reject terrorism and terrorists - we have no dealings with terrorists'.

'Can't believe it's him'? With his record of violence and criminality, including arson in Italy?
This happens with monotonous regularity; the 'stunned' family of the terrorist deny all knowledge, then are themselves taken in and charged a few weeks later.

Berlin attack suspect shot dead in Italy, reports say
The Berlin suspect has been shot dead in Milan, Italian security sources say - as Danish police reported a possible sighting.
Anis Amri, a 24-year-old Tunisian, has eluded capture since the attack on Monday that killed 12 people and injured another 48.
Italian reports say a man was killed in a shootout in Milan after he was stopped by police on a routine patrol. The Italian interior minister will hold a news conference later in the morning.
Danish police said a man matching his description was seen in Aalborg, about 450 miles north of the German capital.
Police in the North Jutland region said the man was between 20 and 30 years of age, with a black beard, and was wearing a black knitted hat and glasses, and carrying a black shoulder bag.
Police urged people to stay away from the area as officers have an ongoing operation there.
Let's hope he is dead - though doubtless the moonbats will start wringing their hands over the poor, misunderstood terrorist, cos #lovewins.

Re: Taliban leader tries (and fails) to get asylum in Germany
ave.
According to Libyan media, the hijackers demanded the release of Muammar Gaddafi's son Saif al Islam, who it was thought had already been freed in July.
Saif is the most prominent of Gaddafi’s eight children and was sentenced to death by a Libyan court in July 2015 as part of a mass trial of former regime officials.
He was said to have been released from house arrest in July after the sentence was quashed by Libya’s new UN-backed government.

Re: Taliban leader tries (and fails) to get asylum in Germany
BREAKING NEWS: Nephew of Berlin truck terrorist Anis Amri is arrested with two others as family say killer should not have been shot dead and must have had an accomplice
Nour El Houda Hassani said she wants 'the truth' about her son
Brother Abdel Kadir has questioned the need to kill the terrorist
The family had urged Amri to hand himself in when he was named as a suspect
His sister described him as 'so sweet all the time'
Amri left Tunisia in 2011 to escape a jail sentence for vehicle theft
Quote:
Amri's brother Abdel Kader wept as he questioned the need to kill him.
He said: 'My brother is dead. Bring us his remains, even one of his fingers, and I will put it in my pocket. They killed him when he was still only a suspect. Why?'

Oh, did they miss the bit about their 'so sweet' relative shooting, and fortunately only injuring, an Italian police officer, before another officer thankfully sent him to meet his promised 72 virgins?
They seem to have forgotten the bit about him spending years in an Italian jail for arson, too...
And no secret dies with these scumbags any more; their FB accounts, hard drives and cellphones are more valuable than they are.

Re: Taliban leader tries (and fails) to get asylum in Germany
http://news.sky.com/story/germany-hunting-for-possible-accomplices-of-anis-amri-10706811
The nephew of the Berlin attacker has been arrested in Tunisia, as investigators in Europe hunt for possible accomplices and seek to establish movements.
The interior ministry in Tunis three men were held on suspicion of being part of a "terrorist cell... connected to the terrorist Anis Amri".
It added in a statement that Amri had sent his 18-year-old nephew Fedi money to join him in Europe.
The nephew was arrested in Amri's hometown of Oueslatia, while the other two were picked up in Tunis. All three were held on Saturday.
Amri, a 24-year-old Tunisian, died in a shootout with Italian police on Friday, but his death left several questions unanswered.
In Germany hundreds of investigators are trying to establish if Amri was part of a larger group of jihadists or acted as a "lone wolf".
Meanwhile in Italy, investigators were trying to determine why he went to Milan and what he was doing wandering around 3am near a station on the outskirts of the city, where he was shot dead by a policeman on Friday after a routine check.
The investigators are trying to ascertain whether Amri was there to meet someone, or whether he was merely seeking shelter in the area.
And in Spain, police are investigating whether he was in contact with another possible extremist there, the interior ministry said.
Amri was believed to be the driver of the truck that sped into Christmas market in the German capital on Monday, killing 12 people and injuring scores of others. His fingerprints and wallet were found in the truck.
He had filmed a video in which he pledged allegiance to Islamic State.

Re: Taliban leader tries (and fails) to get asylum in Germany
http://www.breitbart.com/london/2016/12/24/politician-pictures-berlin-christmas-market-attacker-racism/
German police and judiciary have accused Hamburg Justice Minister Till Steffen of delaying the release of pictures of the Christmas market attacker Anis Amri because he was worried about provoking “racist” comments on Facebook.
Green Party politician Steffen cited “privacy concerns” when he initially prevented law enforcers from releasing pictures of Anis Amri.
However, it has been claimed by members of the judiciary and the police that Steffen, who is the head of the judicial authority in Hamburg, denied the release of images of Amri because he was concerned it would incite racial hatred.
It is alleged that he only released images after a 12-hour delay following a call from German newspaper Bild.
Joachim Lenders, Hamburg’s chief of police, told Bild:
“It is incomprehensible to throw such a spanner in the works of investigators. Steffen is incompetent.”...etc.
More than likely; in progressive-world, name-calling on FB is far, far worse than being mown down and mangled by deranged terrorists.
And then the very same progressives wonder why populist parties are rising all over Europe.

Terrorism bid suspects appear in court
A man and a woman who were arrested during anti-terrorism raids have appeared in court charged with making preparations for a terrorism attack.
Munir Hassan Mohammed, 35, and Rowaida El-Hassan, 32, appeared at Westminster Magistrates' Court.
They face charges relating to the alleged acquisition and possession of chemicals capable of use in explosives.
The pair were remanded in custody and will next appear at the Old Bailey on 12 January.
Neither Mr Mohammed nor Ms El-Hassan, who were flanked by five police officers in the dock, indicated a plea.
Mr Mohammed, of Leopold Street, Derby, and Ms El-Hassan, of Willesden Lane, London, were arrested by detectives from the North East Counter Terrorism Unit.
Mr Mohammed, an Eritrean national who is seeking asylum in the UK, and Ms El-Hassan are jointly charged with preparing an act of terrorism between 7 July and 12 December 2016
Mr Mohammed is further charged with membership of a proscribed organisation, namely Daesh, also known as the Islamic State group
He faces four other charges relating to the possession of information useful to terrorism and dissemination of terrorist publications
Ms El-Hassan is further charged with one count of possession of information useful to terrorism
Four other men who were arrested at the same time have been released without charge.
How about deporting him straight back to Eritrea?

According to an Italian intelligence report quoted by the UK Daily Mail, former NATO soldier-turned Islamic State (ISIS) commander Lavdrim Muhaxheri has fled the Syrian battlefield and returned to Europe with up to 400 of his savage troops in tow, posing as refugees.
Muhaxheri, aka Abu Abdullah al Kosova, is of Kosovo Albanian extraction. His NATO training reportedly included a stint at the U.S. Army’s largest base in the Balkans. He has been designated a global terror threat by the U.S. State Department, and was regarded as a serious threat to Kosovo and Albania after joining ISIS.
Muhaxheri is an energetic recruiter for the Islamic State and one of its most public figures, popping up in a number of propaganda videos, including one where he kills a helpless captive with a rocket. (WARNING: graphic video at the link.)
He is believed to be the mastermind behind a thwarted plot to attack the Israeli national soccer team, Serbian Orthodox churches, and other targets in a string of synchronized terror attacks across the Balkans in November. Nineteen people were ultimately arrested in connection with the plan, and the authorities seized “weapons, explosives, and extremist religious materials.”
Oh, I wonder if terrorists decamping from Syria could have anything to do with so many Syrian men turning up in Greece claiming to be 'refugees'?
And nice to see this scumbag is another one that was trained by the US.
