Well that's interesting given he was going to (and did by the looks of things) give TB legal advice in his case which was brought by CR. Is it possible to finding out for certain so TB can notify the relevant authorities, not least the Judge in his upcoming legal case?

i believe further enquiries need to be made as to his identity. If he is indeed CR related then i would suggest this breaches the code of conduct and should be reported to the SRA.

Xavier may not think that Blacksmith is the man to listen to but it’s telling to note whenever he writes a piece, the boards which Xavier inhabits can only muster comments such as “ Smiffy’s at it again”, “ I can’t read that rambling rubbish” with the odd “ I agree my friends” thrown in for good measure. No rebuttal or counter analysis.
