I love my horrible dog half to death. He has lived with me since the very day that he was born. I was there when he got born. But that is by the by.
He has never had a screw, and he is never going to. He has never been castrated, and never will be. But he does feel motivated to pee in the house on occasions.
So what? Who cares? Romulus is much loved. And I now know a bit too much about Shar Peis.
Romulus has the bad eye gene, so any puppy that he progenerated could well have the same thing. And I will not do that.
He doesn't appear to suffer beyond peeing in the house, which is actually of no consequence to me. He pees and I mop it up.

But in the end it is to do with how people deal with life in general. How they come to terms with what is so.
I don't have a problem with this. Sometimes life is shit. And there you go.

The McCanns have to deal with whatever they think they did.. I will never find them wanting. I don't have the ability to blame them.

I know how you feel. We had a dog, we got him when he was a pup from the pound. I walked in and fell in love he was perfect and still is when we see him. When my hubby 's hours changed we got him a better home one that would make him happy because I wanted the best for him, he was a farm dog and he is so happy now. I hated when we couldnt be there we worked long hours and after the hour changed I hated him being on his own.

Life can be shit but what the McCanns have been through is beyound anything I could comprehend, how they cope I dont know, if it was me I dont know how I would cope. They to me are a very strong couple and for that I am glad
