Hounders moaning about success of Hacked Off petition
Hilarious hounderwhine:
Hacked Off projected visuals onto the Houses of Parliament indicating the number of people who have 'signed' their petition last night. I'm shocked to put it mildly that this is allowable. Does it mean that anyone with money (Hacked Off is a not-for-profit company by the way) and the resources can project their campaign on a public building?
So, who gave them permission to do that?
How was it organised and carried out just days after Leveson's Report when there has been no debate as yet other than the parliamentary discussion immediately following Leveson's release of the report?
Is it a precedent for anyone with a bugbear to do the same? If Hacked Off can do it then anyone who wants to demonstrate must surely be allowed the same.
I am deeply disturbed by this.
Oh dear, what a shame, never mind.
Bet they wouldn't be whinging if it was a giant pic of St Goncalol the Aceless.

Re: Hounders moaning about success of Hacked Off petition
Oh, here we are:
Richard Dawkins @RichardDawkins
Gerry McCann's family suffered from UK press, arguably the worst in the world. Hear him discuss Leveson w John Humphrys http://bbc.in/TwzyMh
Odd, the way the battle lines are being drawn.
On the one side, there are the grubby, dumbed-down tabloids, and the gullible shrooms who believe every word they say.
On the other side, there are normal, decent people and those with IQs greater than their shoe size.

Hounder:
I want to see all political parties come out today and tell me that this form of electronic grafitti protest is not allowable. It's a cheap stunt (well not cheap but we're back to who funded it).
Why? Unless the hounder lives next to the HoC, it doesn't affect the hounder in any way whatsoever? Like so many other things they froth about, it simply is NONE OF THEIR BUSINESS.
And aren't the hounders supposed to be supporting Free Speach? Why do they want to censor the Hacked Off campaign?

Re: Hounders moaning about success of Hacked Off petition
Hilarious, isn't it? Remember what they were stating last week:
Surely people would be wary of joining any campaign that has GM as a spokesperson.
Having been proven utterly, totally, 100% wrong about that, they are now reduced to whining about images being shone onto Parliament.
Despite the fact that it has nothing whatsoever to do with them, and doesn't affect them in any way whatsoever.
All they can do is parrot, Gonc good, McCann bad, and announce that they're agin lightshows

Re: Hounders moaning about success of Hacked Off petition
Quite, Pedro. It's entertaining to watch them squirming, though...
Gi' O'er @MrsMLouis
Why were some Anti #McCann s tweeting like fury "Shut Down The Sun!!" but now support the Murdoch empire's stance against #leveson?
I'd forgotten that.
When the haters thought the McCanns were controlling the media, they wanted the Sun shut down. Now, they think it's Holy Writ.
Barking mad, the lot of them.

you´re right bb1: "Barking mad, the lot of them."

Re: Hounders moaning about success of Hacked Off petition
Can I ask a question, please Miss?
Who started this Hacked Off Campaigne? Only, according to them, Gerry and Kate are nobodies, and it' snot about them. So why are they getting upset about it?
And anyway, it's time somebody shone a light on Parliament.

Re: Hounders moaning about success of Hacked Off petition
I dunno, maybe they think the lightshow is, like, a Death Ray - they're very gullible, and don't really understand the modern world.
Hilarious, they are now defending the government, having spent the last two years accusing Cameron of being an agent of the McCanns.....
What we are seeing here is a political pressure group, led by a handful of celebrities, adopting disproportionately aggressive and high profile media tactics in an effort to undermine the integrity of the democratic process carried out by our elected government.
Give it another day or two and they'll be raving about lizards.

Ooh, I've just realised. They are pissed off because they never marched on Parliament. That was when it was all a big cover up, of course. So who's covering up now?

Re: Hounders moaning about success of Hacked Off petition
Oh dear...in regards to the Houses Of Parliament and images.
Take it they have not seen the images from the Ministry Of Sound, or Gail Porters backside, which were projected onto the same building.
Oh well

And just google projected images and houses of parliament will show you hundreds of images that various groups have shown onto it.
And you can do it for about £50

Re: Hounders moaning about success of Hacked Off petition
And speak of the Devil:
Re: Hacked Off Campaign.
Tony Bennett Today
Thank goodness the fraudulent way in which petition names are being added has been exposed at an early stage. It will, as a result, have zero value. I daresay our prees [sic], who like to expose wrongdoing, will fully bring this out! - thus proving again the value of a free press.
To look at the disturbing projection of this electronic image onto the Houses of Parliament is to lead us to look back at just how and by whom the Hacked Off campaign was started.
Rather than repeat it here, please look at the thread I started here, it will repay you reading it all, if you've not done so already:
jillhavern.forumotion.net/t5993-disturbing-questions-over-leveson-s-key-adviser-2-daily-mail-dossier-parts-1-2-3-and-commentary-in-telegraph-and-guardian
This campaign has been planned and nurtured for at least 7 years and is part of a concerted effort to control our free press, which is already far too controlled simply by undue fear of our oppressive libel laws.
For sure, they will try to control the interent [sic] next...
=============
What a load of hysterical, self-centred, bolleaux!
All he and the rest of the hounders care about is what they wrongly assume is their entitlement to libel, harrass and smear anyone they decide to target.
And what a bunch of gullible sheeple they are, yet again believing every word they read in the papers!
No wonder they swallowed the Express's stupid story from Sources about the McCanns yesterday.
They seem to have no grasp of reality - or that the press are playing them for the nasty, gullible fools they are.

Re: Hounders moaning about success of Hacked Off petition
Why is Bennett suddenly so fond of the British press? Has he forgotten how his hounders tried to wreck a journo's business over this:
Or the disgusting abuse that has been hurled at people like Antonella Lazzeri, among others?
He is wasting his time trying to crawl now; his victims haven't forgotten what he and the other McCann-haters have done.

Re: Hounders moaning about success of Hacked Off petition
What is better is the hounders going to check if they can sign the petition over and over again...
Well Done for putting more signatures on.
Of course all petitions get false names on, that is why IP's are checked ....numpties... Then it is submitted ...really do the hounders know nothing how online petitions work?
I know they are used to attempting to fix online polls, (which never work) but come on

They must go to an awful lot of trouble MF. They would have to use different email address's too.
Still just shows what a sad sack Bennett is, and his puppets are!!

And fake postcodes.
OMG, I don't believe it, Bennett's started his own...
LEVESON: PLEASE SUPPORT **MY** PETITION ON THE PRIME MINISTER'S WEBSITE
Tony Bennett Today at 2:22 pm
And please circulate it ASAP amongst your friends and contacts, on Facebook, and tweet it:
Here's what it says:
+++++++
Oppose Leveson's call for new laws to control the press. We support David Cameron's warning against introducing statutory control of the press
Responsible department: Department for Culture, Media and Sport
This petition aims to preserve a free press in this country. Already, as many editors have noted, the Leveson enquiry has had a chilling effect on press freedom.
True, the press sometimes abuse their freedom. We need a better way of curbing press excesses. We need a tougher code of practice, with a 'rapid right of reply' to incorrect or libellous articles, and arbitration.
Any new body to control the press must not be run by the press - but by independent people. .
We have existing laws to protect privacy and reputation. These must be enforced, e.g. the police were at fault for not prosecuting phone hacking.
Many demands for government control of the press come from the rich, who use PR to promote themselves, but object when others come up with facts that contradict their image.
It would be wrong to introduce statutory control of the press in response to the demands of celebrities like Hugh Grant and Max Mosley.
Notice he's even managed to smear people in his babyish petition? You couldn't make it up. Oh wait, they do, all the time

Re: Hounders moaning about success of Hacked Off petition
Of the real petition, Alan Marc Lagoa Bennett has the gall to say:
Thank goodness the fraudulent way in which petition names are being added has been exposed at an early stage. It will, as a result, have zero value.
From the man who starts polls about how wonderful he is, and even then has to order the socks to vote for him.
Doesn't matter; it's great news that Bennett is now campaigning against Hacked Off. That means Hacked Off is bound to succeed, as everything Bennett does turns into a heap of merde.
