Dayle is a damned good Profiler. She very rarely calls it wrong. I have a great deal of respect for her and what she does, as do many others.
And, she is FBI trained, unlike Brown, who is, Brown trained.

For those who just didn't get it, the DC Earthquake Survivors donation request was a joke. There are no casualties in DC. Duh!

No - to be a 'joke', it has to be 'funny'. It has to make people laugh...

That just made people angry.

It is a Federal offence to try to obtain monies fraudulently.
Those attempting it, when caught, always say it was a joke. They really didn't mean it, they thought people would know it was a joke. Here, we call them scam artists.
