While Operation Grange held a press conference this week to announce their current findings to date, their Portuguese equivalents made several arrests (arguidos) including a freelance journalist and their former partner. We all heard about a woman offering Translations for money in Bars and Restaurants in Praia da Luz, when it was happening. I know I did. I just didn't realise who it was at the time.
The impression given at the time was that she was broke and trying to supplement a meagre income.
