both cars should be sent to the scrap yard or impounded for a very long time,
their driver's license apprehended for a very long time, also as punishment to be forced to do community service instead of his shows.

Mr Hernandez said two vehicles apparently had been used to block off an area on Pine Tree Drive and 26th Street for the drag race.
He said the second car was a red Ferrari, and that driver, thought to be Khalil Sharief, a rapper also known as Crazy Khalil, was also arrested. Both cars were towed.
Bieber was taken to the Miami Beach police station to be breathalysed and processed.
Mr Hernandez said the star will be transported to the Miami-Dade County jail.
Tests showed that Bieber was under the influence of drugs, Miami Beach police chief Raymond Martinez reportedly told the Miami Herald.
The Canadian pop star was pictured in the car with a woman in the driving seat before his arrest.
The teenager has been in Florida for the past few days and has been spotted in nightclubs and at a skate park.
Complete and utter waste of oxygen.
