For another, Corbyn's a hard-core lefty. Which means he won't listen to anyone, but will instead lecture them about how he is right and they are wrong. And probably Raycist! Sexist! and Fattist! into the bargain.

An ICM survey for the Vote Leave campaign shows support for a Brexit is at 41 per cent, with 42 per cent in favour of remaining in the EU.

It shows support for quitting the EU would rise if David Cameron failed to secure reforms to freedom of movement rules - 45 per cent would vote to leave, with 40 per cent opting to stay in.

When undecided voters are taken out, the poll shows a 50/50 split - the first time ICM has found an even split in more than two years.

It comes as an influential committee of MPs warned voters that there is no guarantee that any reforms won by Mr Cameron's renegotiation would be delivered.

The EU Scrutiny Committee said the Prime Minister's most contentious proposals - making EU migrants wait four years before they can claim in-work benefits - would require EU treaty change, but this would not be achievable before Mr Cameron's deadline of holding a referendum before the end of 2017. ....etc.

Jeremy Corbyn has suggested the UK could keep its Trident submarines but that they do not need to be carrying nuclear warheads.

The Labour leader, who is opposed to the renewal of Britain's nuclear deterrent made the comments, after launching a review of the party’s Trident policy.

But as part of a compromise to "accommodate" some within his party and trade unions representing defence workers, Mr Corbyn suggested the Trident submarines could still be built.

"They don't have to have nuclear warheads on them. There are options there. The paper that (shadow defence secretary) Emily Thornberry has put forward is a very interesting one, deserves a very good study and read of it," he told the BBC's The Andrew Marr Show...etc.

Duh? I don't think he's thought this through..

Perhaps he thinks they might make good battering rams.

I know, Sabot. Whatever one's views on Trident - and I can't say I am any too keen on them - that has to be one of the STUPIDEST things Corbyn has come out with.

He is friggin' clueless.
