Perhaps not, but is TB alledged to have sold this book to MG or was it another named person, be it Mike G. or not using a different name? I can't see how anyone can claim to have recieved a book using one name and then claim to be someone else - ie someone with a different name.

He made this statement, in writing, to Carter Ruck, as part of his promise to the High Court, quote:

He has already pleaded guilty by signing the undertaking in 2009. He is being brought to court for breaching it....end of story.

I simply do not know what is wrong with them, Tony, they seem to have no grasp on reality. Here's another one:

I have no idea who Dr. Roberts is but I would sure like to hear him cross-examine both McCanns. I have been reading his 'observations' on mccann.files.com for years. I hope he is working with Tony Bennett to prepare for what is ahead. They are both men to be admired in fighting for this just cause

'Cross-examine both McCanns'? In what parallel universe? The McCanns haven't committed contempt of court, made up obscene stories about people, or occupied themselves stalking around the country with libellous leaflets.

The McCanns are the victims in this, not the agressors - Bennett (and Gonc) started this, not the McCanns.

As for Redsquare Roberts - I think his local Jobcentre might want to know why he has been moonlighting as a barrister if he tried a stunt like that
