A good! Eme, as I pass you by twitter'm more a day. Luci, know that you are there supporting. The "translation" into English is quite "crude" but much more understandable than the googlito. I wonder who has delayed the case. If it is the McCanns, maybe they have delayed the case, because they know they have no chance of winning. I can't for the life of me see how they can win, given that two Judges found in favour of Goncalo Amaral, regarding the overturning of the banning of his book.

Does anyone know if there is a fee to be paid, when the case is delayed? If there is, does the fee have to be paid upfront, each time the case is delayed?

1. It was Gonc - yet again. He's running scared.

2. He knows his book is a load of nasty nonsense he cannot defend.

3. Has he paid his last court costs yet? You know, the case in Faro where the defence, prosecution and judge used him as a floor mop? And he was ordered to pay all costs?

4. He has no Ace to play, nothing to reveal. He's running scared.

I checked PT newspapers, tv news channels, no word about January.

Thanks, Pedro, I had a quick check when rumours started flying earlier this evening, but couldn't see anything.

I expect it will take them a few hours to catch up - Gonc will need time to dream up his excuses for his latest piece of cowardice.

I am sure it will be in the papers; this isn't just a few days, this is nearly six months.

I hope Gonc gets handled the bill from all the people who were going to be attending this month, especially if they have had miss work, etc., in order to be there.

In any case, António Cabrita acknowledged, Gonçalo Amaral "would not even need" his services as he "knows how to bring these cases."

Its really ironic that the NEWS about this delay is being brought to everyone NOT by Joana Morais or Amaral's other mates like Claudia who are playing CATCH-UP but by Jerry Lawton of the Daily Star.

Do the #anti McCann haters not see that they are being ignored and treated like absolute MUPPETS by their glorious leaders in the AMARAL camp?

It caught all of them - especially Bennett - totally on the hop, from what I could see as it unfolded.

Now, we suspected Amaral was going to pull another stunt to delay his court appearance, so it wasn't completely a surprise. It clearly was to his fan club; silence has fallen about the matter in public.

It's possible Morais knew he was going to call it off, and that is why she has been conspicuous by her absence recently; I don't know.

It was abundantly clear, however, that a lot of Amaral's most prominent supporters are completely out of the loop.

No doubt we will find out more tomorrow, but on this evening's showing, I don't actually believe the latest chapter of The dog ate my homework.
