Re: Houndation bore-a-thon to PM in full, sort of
Do not let us forget, he made all sorts of false and libellous accusations about M3, and just remarked as if it didn't matter that the person he was spitting fury at had actually been found Not Guilty.
Bennett seemed to think that that didn't matter, however.

Bennett simply doesn't believe that the man was Innocent. Anymore than any of them, including Bennett will believe that The McCanns are Innocent, not matter what evidence is produced to prove that they are.

The Madeleine Foundation website has been down since yesterday (20 September) for reasons we don't yet know.
IMO, they should know what has happened to it.
And where's Bennett? Shouldn't he be 'fessing up? Don't tell me he is in the High Court already, explaining why he so publically drove a coach and horses through the Contempt of Court agreement?

You know, considering the malicious and false allegations Bennett made, publically, about the PM, it is not impossible that Number 10 were forced to intervene.
It's an appalling document, the act of a madman, IMO.

It is the most awful letter, enclosing copies of the other awful letters, and Libellng all and sundry.
Several persons could quite legitimately have asked The Hosts to remove that Web Site.
What on earth did The Houndation "Committee" think they were doing?

Yes, there are actually a few folk who would be quite justified in taking legal action over the contents of that letter.

This has to be the biggest act of folly on the arrogant, vicious haters part. He deserves everything heading his way.
Idiot.

Hounder:
The url takes you to a host page saying that no site exists at this address. Some web-cleansing perhaps? It seems to be something that is happening more frequently of late
Yes, we know. We knew that last night. So how about Bennett showing face and 'fessing up?

As this:
has been where Hounder HQ used to be for nearly 24 hours now, one might have expected Head Hounder to appear and give some kind of explanation.
How can he keep all those loyal Hounders waiting?

They have, Lily.
They've gone back to discussing how many times people allegedly say Uum.. in the putative Rogatory Statements.
It'll be Ed Smethurst's Aga again before much longer.

A timely piece from our Tony:

Quote:
However, going on the libel I read from the Madeleine Foundation to the British Prime Minister; they obviously lack the ability of a 12 year old or they wouldn't have displayed it on an open website for all to see. Whilst writing the letter isn't a crime; plastering it on the Internet is.
This crime can result in the owner of the website being sued, the host having their server shutdown also quite possibly sued and, the author of the libel facing criminal charges and monetary loss ..

How hard can it be for Bennett to tell his distressed followers what's happened to their HQ? Time is passing, and still no explanation.

Wouldn't surprise me at all. That letter to Cameron was beyond appalling - and I see no wriggle room for Bennett this time.
It is, IMO, clear contempt of court.

Do you think, he didn't expect any of us "Well Wishers" would pass his libel to CR
Oh well at least now he's got his 4 weekly pension coming in to help with his legal costs. So that should be around £600 every 4 weeks. That on top of his savings, and probably pension credits, why does he need legal aid?
