Wot, wot? Wot's a Sector? Have I got any? Yep, Carter Ruck have got the lot.
Meanwhile, perhaps Mrs. Big House can help him out. She might have a spare computer.
Oh, No, sorry, I forgot.

Re: BENNETT GETS THE BILL
COURT 14 - Mr Justice Tugendhat - 10.30am tomorrow, Tuesday 5 February
Tony Bennett Today at 2:19 pm
Tomorrow's details:
McCanns v Bennett
HQ 09 D 05196
COURT 14
Mr Justice Tugendhat -
10.30am tomorrow, Tuesday 5 February
Excellent! He's got Tugendhat! The very judge whose photo Bennett stuck on his banner, along with words the judge had not said.
And how's this for pathetic?
1. It's always best to arrive in good time, to go through security, find the Court (it's big, labyrinthine building and many people get lost) and of course the loo (be careful not to spend an exceptionally long time on the loo)
Imagine having to tell your supporters how to go to the toilet.

Re: BENNETT GETS THE BILL
Bennett sez:
Once again, so many thanks for all the messages, 'pm's, e-mails, 'phone calls and texts, etc. see all of you there tomorrow Deo Volente (getting into practice for all the Latin legal points that will crop up tomorrow.
Here's one that you might not have come across before:
Res ipsa clametis
I'll let one of our classical scholars explain that one!
Facts, is it? He's screwed, then. Should have stuck to dinosaurs.

Immodium needed, is it? Although God knows what that is. Never heard of it, myself. Is this what the morons take when they have Potty Problems? They are forever talking about it, so I have to suppose that they have some knowledge.

Didn't we think it was outrageous that he had to tell his hounders how to behave and dress in court? But about toilet manners?

Yes, that makes more sense. Perhaps he was thinking about the time he should be spending pruning his clematis, or something?

I would say so, J-P. He wouldn't mean the climbing flowering vine speaks for itself, or something, would he?

Re: BENNETT GETS THE BILL
Res Ipsa Clematis. Treatment for Stress. Not sure what other Latin Bennett expects, but I doubt that The Judge will be blinding Bennett with Latin. Bennett has enough problems with The English Language.

That would be his passion flower vine outside his house? The one he says bears inedible fruit? Never heard of that one mind. That would lead back to his God Complex?

Hounder:
It must be some comfort to know you are appearing before a Judge who knows your case. Indeed, he may have arranged it that way.
Oh, I wouldn't be at all surprised, as he has had first-hand experience of Bennett's lunacy.

Jean Today at 2:41 pm
Loud sighs of relief all round about the judge.
I think we can now allow ourselves to be more positive than we were before.

Re: BENNETT GETS THE BILL
That's a gem.
Bennett seems to be in full panic:
Tony Bennett Today at 2:35 pm
I've been here all day, frantically working on last minute preparations for tomorrow, not helped by a fresh bundle of papers from Carter-Ruck over the weekend containing details of two new case precedents and a whole set of novel legal argumetns[sic] by Adrienne Page Q.C., designed, she hopes, toflatten me and pile on the pressure assist the judge
Telepathic, is he? He must be, to know what QCs are thinking.
He really doesn't help himself, does he? How would he feel if he gets called on to explain that snide remark in front of a judge tomorrow?

Reiterating the above, yes, it would seem that the Head Hounder is more positive having said, "I've been here all day, frantically working.......etc"
P.S. Where are my manners? Oh Bonny, I agree with you.

Yes, please remember that, at all times, you have to agree with me.
What a bunch of delusional, gullible idiots they are - boy, are they in for some nasty shocks.
Bennett can't think very much of them either, that he has to tell them how to go to the toilet.

Res Ipsa Clematis IS a stress remedy, five fruits, and nothing to do with The Law.
Mainly Raspberries, by the way.
