Gi' O'er @MrsMLouis
@SafariSara "I am only an Anti #McCann numpty" "I am the only Anti McCann numpty" - exactly the same meaning innit?!
That explains it perfectly; wonder why ex-solicitor Bennett cannot grasp why they mean two different things?

Re: BENNETT GETS HIS DAY IN COURT
Big hand to sharonl for confirming what assorted people have been saying all week about Bennett ratting people out, quote:
Tony then referred to the vast number of people, bloggers, websites etc. That were McCann sceptics and asked how many of theses (he issued a sample, 17 sides of A4)

Re: BENNETT GETS HIS DAY IN COURT
Was that 17 Pages all single posts different people, or was it several posts from the worst of them?
If it was all single post from different people that would just about cover all members on Hell Hole, all members of MM, and a few extras thrown in.
And if it was just the worst of them then Carter Ruck are going to have a lovely time.
PS. You can bet your bottom dollar that they will all be explicit.

Re: BENNETT GETS HIS DAY IN COURT
Good point, Tony.
Was looking for a post on hellhole this morning but see that it is on Myths (thank you).
I have an answer for them from a very close source of mine.
plebgate Today at 8:37 am
errrr how could any newspaper mistake TB for that Fat Git Smith. Error or no error the pic was up long enough for people to get screen shots. On record forever. SUE TONY SUE.
I was also thinking that it would be great if some director hears of Tony and his fight for justice and decided to make a film, Hollywood love an underdog story. I pray that it comes about.
Ask the Farrelly Brothers.

It will all come out in the fullness of time, no doubt, Tony.
Meanwhile, the hounders are all studiously ignoring it.

Well this was pointed out to me....
The Farrelly Bros also did Dumb & Dumber, Tony.
I know that there is someone who would be willing to talk to them........

Re: BENNETT GETS HIS DAY IN COURT
One's already been made about them....
WAKE UP STUPID PEOPLE!
As you were told days ago, Bennett handed information about you over to CR.
Your own mod confirmed it last night. You do know what this means?
Tony then referred to the vast number of people, bloggers, websites etc. That were McCann sceptics and asked how many of theses (he issued a sample, 17 sides of A4) had they attempted to remove from the internet.

Re: BENNETT GETS HIS DAY IN COURT
Discussion here about Bennett:
http://www.annaraccoon.com/madeleine-mccann/the-star-of-the-libel-courts/
I would say the high spot in Bennett's wasted life was strutting around the High Court like some seedy, low-rent Perry Mason, pronouncing, I put it to you.... just like he's seen on the telly.
He may well have fantasised about that moment every day in his failed legal career, which came to such an ignominious end.
I doubt if he will be doing quite as much strutting when the judge orders him to stand for sentencing next week.

Re: BENNETT GETS HIS DAY IN COURT
More confirmation that Bennett made a t*t of himself:
http://stopthemyths.prophpbb.com/topic4667.html
There seems to have been a lot of this, quote:
JT asked TB what he was talking about and what this had to do with the hearing.

Re: BENNETT GETS HIS DAY IN COURT
AP asked TB to repeat his earlier claim about what KM's last answer after her 48 questions.
TB did this.
AP then read out KM's actual words (which were not the same as TB's version).
JT told TB to step down
He's kerflkced - and I wonder which Hounder did the hissing? Trollyjean would be top of the list of suspects...

Re: BENNETT GETS HIS DAY IN COURT
Interesting to see that the judge regards posts in the members' area of a site with NO security as being in the public domain.
Perhaps the hounders now start to grasp why other sites restrict membership, and don't feel the need to play the numbers game to show off?
And why does Bennett keep going on about his 'state of mind'? Is he going for an insanity plea?

Re: BENNETT GETS HIS DAY IN COURT
Good God! He admitted in court that he hadn't referred to the archiving dispatch, just the half-time report by convicted torturer Almeida?
He's had it.
http://stopthemyths.prophpbb.com/topic4667.html
Did Bennett actually grasp why he was in court? Because it doesn't seem like it, from the number of times the judge told him off.

Re: BENNETT GETS HIS DAY IN COURT
I had been sure he would get a suspended sentence, Tony, but on reading that, and seeing just how deluded and arrogant Bennett was, I wouldn't rule out a jail sentence and a hefty fine.
On top of the original charges, he treated the High Court itself with utter, total contempt. Judge Tugendhat shouldn't have had to keep intervening like that - what did Bennett think he was playing at?
As for ignoring the Archiving Dispatch - I haven't the words for such purblind stupidity.

Re: BENNETT GETS HIS DAY IN COURT
How very right you were, Bonny, to restrict Membership. Anyone can get in to Havern's Private Section if they register, and they don't care at all about who it is.
Sheesh, even Carter Ruck managed it. That is one of the funniest things I have heard.

It sounded to me as though Bennett was accused of leaving out The Final Report on purpose because it didn't fit what he wanted people to believe.
That was a big boob.

Re: BENNETT GETS HIS DAY IN COURT
His loyalty to his bentites sits at zero; his knowledge of truth, ditto.
However I don't believe he will be jailed. I think the fifty thousand the McCanns asked for will be his punishment. As for the lawyers' costs, well that's anyone guess.

Re: BENNETT GETS HIS DAY IN COURT
MM's membership is restricted as well, Sabot, and Myths is vetted. The Morais forum is tighter than Fort Knox. No-one in their right minds operates like haven's, they might as well not bother with actual membership.
Judge Tugendhat seems to have a better idea of how things work than Bennett.
And how on earth could Bennett stand in the High Court and claim posts are 'archived' as later posts are made? Absolute tosh - and fooling no-one, it looks like.
JT asked TB what he was talking about and what this had to do with the hearing.
That says it all. And how many times was Bennett TOLD that before it went to court?

If it STILL hasn't sunk in with the hounders that he shafted them, well, he deserves all he gets.
Huge financial penalty and suspended jail sentence? Maybe - I hope the judge puts some kind of order in place to shut him up for good.
As for his defence that everyone's doing it, so why shouldn't he? That deserves nothing but scorn.

But he hasn't got that much money, Tony. Not even with the sale of his half of the house. So I can't see Judge Tugendhat lifting The Undertaking so Bennett can indulge in a Libel Trial that he has no chance covering financially if he loses.
He says he can't afford to employ a Barrister, so he won't be able to afford to pay The McCann Costs either. Let alone any damages.
And even if The Court halve Carter Ruck's Costs on The Undertaking, that is still £140,000. Mathematics is my thing, and he just hasn't got it. So who pays?
