Exposing Facts? That's what Bennett thought he was going to do, but Judge Tugendhat knew exactly what Bennett was up to. Bennett thought that if he could somehow slip things into The Court Transcript then it would have be published, so The Judge was a mite careful about what he said. Now that was a real Master of The English Language. Such a pleasure to read.
Never again will I even remotely doubt why men like Judge Tugendhat are High Court Judges. Not that I wasn't pretty sure before hand. Seen a bit of it myself on occasions.

My most memorable experience was, "Wot is Forfwiv?" "As of this moment."

Well the wise Judge did state that other people had rights which Bennett did not respect (I am paraphrasing here). Bennett also did this on no uncertain terms to Lee Balkwell's partner. This of course impacts his son.

The official transcripts should be interesting, though - and I do hope he isn't tempted to edit anything to what he thinks the judge meant to say.
