I know, Bonny. They are talking about the most stupid and inconsequential of things. I mean, how many times can you talk about the tennis ball photo, for just one thread?

Have you seen the hounders acting out a setpiece so they can express Spontaneous Outrage when the Dear Leader posts?
Woefully bad acting.

I see it includes Edward Smethurst in the title of settlement.

Re: Bennett already going back on promise he made on BBC Television
No doubt the announcement is being timed to ensure Head Hounder's woes get a big audience.
Meanwhile, in the real world....I doubt if the hounder/forker obsessives have noticed, but this is May Day weekend, and the sun has come out in the UK for the first time in what feels like years.
Bennett's audience is going to be dependent on people's work/leisure/travel/gardening, etc, activities.

He is releasing it on the 6 year anniversary of Madeleine's abduction; how sick is that?bb1 wrote:No doubt the announcement is being timed to ensure Head Hounder's woes get a big audience.

Re: Bennett already going back on promise he made on BBC Television
They're the pits, they really are. What happened, did watching the McCanns on TV yesterday get too much for Bennett? Did he decide he wasn't getting enough attention and wanted to spend the 3rd of May playing the victim?
I don't know, and frankly don't care. And I doubt if anyone outside the McCann-hating obsessives will care about his motives, either. All people will see is Bennett trying to make the 3rd of May all about him.

What's this?
Re: Tony Bennett: Settlement with McCanns and Smethurst
Ribisl Today
Tony, please be careful not to infringe the terms of settlement agreed with the McCanns by posting a statement on this forum.
Does that mean they all KNOW what's been agreed, and that there is a confidentiality clause?

Dirty old men, Stuart Hall, and the Prophet Mohammed

BBC on Stuart Hall today:
As the years went on, his victims became younger. He abused the nine-year-old while in his 50s.
Wikipedia on the Prophet Mohammed's marriage to Aisha (youngest of his 16 wives):
According to traditional sources, Aisha was six or seven years old when she was betrothed to Muhammad and was nine when the marriage was consummated. Muhammad was 53 or 54 years old at the time of the marriage

Re: Bennett already going back on promise he made on BBC Television
In view of the date Bennett has chosen to make his big announcement, if I'm around when it appears, I'll start a thread about it tomorrow...
IN THE MEMBERS' AREA.
He can go whistle if he thinks anyone here is going to help him hijack the sixth anniversary of Madeleine's abduction.
Someone will probably see it before me, anyway, so could all posts about it go in the members' area?

Raising money for the Fund has been so easy for them after all.
The hounders might like to think about why good, decent people are happy to donate to help a missing child, but people like Amoral and Bennett, who actively campaign against that child, can't raise a brass farthing.

Re: Bennett already going back on promise he made on BBC Television
Someone wants to know how The McCanns think Mr. Bennett has got that sort of money.
For those deluded souls, it isn't something that The McCanns need to worry about.
Carter Ruck will no doubt be insured against any short fall.

Re: Bennett already going back on promise he made on BBC Television
I as a member of this forum can categorically state that I am not a member of any pro or anti site, and that this is the only forum on which I discuss this case.
What an odd thing for someone calling themselves 'Devils' Advocate' to announce on the Justice forum. I mean, who's interested?
It's almost as if someone wants to make it very, very clear he doesn't post about the McCann case.....
