The Police surely cannot allow this to go on, even if it is only their idea of a sick joke, which I for one am not sure about.
Is it their intention to try to stop Kate from running?

This exactly what Bennett and Amaral do, especially Bennett whose first language is English, allegedly.
I wonder if Bennett's defeat in The High Court has anything to do with the current madness. Judge Tugendhat couldn't have been more plain about Free Speach and Yuman Rites, but only for them.
Something has got to be done. But then I have been saying that for several years.

Dead easy, I would say. Especially when no one knows if they mean to do something, anything at all actually. Even a demonstration could cause an accident.

Good, Tony - I suspect the police will be getting a few calls today. This has to be stopped, these creatures are not right in the head, IMO.
I seem to recall that it's Hiho's name on the door of that group, and a good few of the 8rs who imagine they are 'respectable' are involved, too? They're all the same, each and every one of them, and it's time someting was done about them.

"A challenge I had to take": Maddy's mum Kate McCann to run the London Marathon for charity
14 Mar 2013 00:00
Last year Kate ran a 10km race in the Miles for Missing People event alongside other families whose loved ones vanished
The mother of Madeleine McCann is to run the London Marathon in aid of missing people.
Kate McCann said that knowing what it’s like to be living with the agony of a missing child “it was a challenge that I had to take.”
Mrs McCann wrote on her Just Giving page: “This year (old, crumbly body allowing) I will be running the London Marathon in aid of Missing People as the charity celebrates its 20 anniversary.
“If I’m honest, I would happily have gone through my life without ever contemplating running a marathon, or even a half-marathon for that matter!
"However, knowing what it’s like to be living with a child missing and believing very strongly in what the workers at the charity do in helping other families like mine, I realised it was a challenge that I had to take.
“As well as assisting the search for a missing loved one, Missing People provides a life-line to families who find themselves thrown into a nightmare of pain and uncertainty.
“I can vouch firsthand for the incredible hard work and commitment given by the staff at the charity to ease this suffering and help reunite families.
"I’m also aware though of how limited resources are and how much more the charity could, and would, offer with greater funding.
“I would be extremely grateful if you would be willing to sponsor me.
"Together we can give the charity a bit of a boost and in doing so, help the many children and adults who are missing and offer their families some invaluable support.
"It might also make all the aches and pains of training worthwhile!”
The Virgin London Marathon is on April 21 - a month before the sixth anniversary of Madeleine`s disappearance.
Mrs McCann's fundraising target is £10,000 and she has already raised £2,000 in the first week.
Last year she ran a 10km race in the Miles for Missing People event in London’s Regent Park, alongside other families whose loved ones vanished.
She and husband Gerry have both previously done the run and wore matching white T-shirts bearing a smiling picture of their daughter and the words “Don’t give up on me”.
The McCanns were on holiday with their three children in Praia da Luz, Portugal, when Madeleine went missing on May 3, 2007.
Madeleine’s family have never given up their quest to track down their missing daughter.

Yup, she's in charge of these depraved creatures, and doesn't seem to be any too bothered by their insanity.

Kate McCann's marathon effort for Missing People charity
Thursday, March 14, 2013Leicester MercuryFollow
By Tom Mack
As the six-year anniversary of her daughter Madeleine's disappearance approaches, Kate McCann is channelling her energy into completing the London Marathon.
She is aiming to raise £10,000 for the Missing People charity.
Writing on her JustGiving website, Kate, of Rothley, described the marathon as a challenge she "had to take".
She wrote: "This year (old, crumbly body allowing) I will be running the London Marathon in aid of missing people.
"If I'm honest, I would happily have gone through my life without ever contemplating running a marathon, or even a half-marathon for that matter!
"However, knowing what it's like to be living with a child missing and believing very strongly in what the workers at the charity do in helping other families such as mine, I realised it was a challenge that I had to take."
The charity, which is celebrating its 20th anniversary this year, supports families of missing people and helps with searches.
Kate and her husband Gerry have completed 10km runs for the charity in Regent's Park, London, over the past few years.
Kate, 45, said the charity had been a big help to them.
She said: "I can vouch first-hand for the incredible hard work and commitment given by the staff to ease this suffering and help reunite families.
"I'm also aware though of how limited resources are and how much more the charity could, and would, offer with greater funding.
"Together, we can give the charity a bit of a boost and in doing so help the many children and adults who are missing and offer their families some invaluable support.
"It might also make all the aches and pains of training worthwhile!"
The London Marathon will be held on April 21, two weeks before the anniversary of Madeleine's disappearance on May 3, 2007.
The youngster went missing from the Ocean Club resort in the seaside village of Praia da Luz, in the Algarve, Portugal, while the family were on holiday.
So far, Kate has raised more than £2,000 towards her £10,000 target, with almost 90 donations.
Commenting on her JustGiving site, sponsor Pat Jordan wrote: "Go Kate, for every mother everywhere. We will never forget or stop looking for your baby. Wish it could be so much more."
Mary Knibbs wrote: "Good luck Kate, hope the weather is kind to all you wonderful, caring people."
Antonia Scott wrote: "You are such a strong woman, living every mother's worst nightmare.
"Keep going for Madeleine and I dearly hope one day soon you get her home."

Because their filth was screengrabbed and put on blogs, it is now being picked up by bots and will be on the internet, associated with them, for anyone to see via google.
