One of the men arrested over the murder of a soldier in Woolwich was also arrested in Kenya in 2010, anti-terror police in Nairobi have confirmed.

Michael Adebolajo appeared in court in Mombasa suspected of leading a group of Islamists trying to join the al Shabaab group.

He was later deported, Kenyan police said.

Not a lot you can say really, is there? Except that Kenyan security would appear to be streets ahead of British intelligence.

Sky sources say a man has been stabbed in Woolwich, just days after the murder of Drummer Lee Rigby.

The stabbing took place about 300 metres from the spot where flowers and cards have been left in memory of Drummer Rigby.

I saw a photo of one of their mothers - she looked like a lovely lady, very smartly dressed. Seems she was in despair over her son, and had tried everything to get him away from militant Islan - she was a Christian, he had converted.
