I see where the driver of the derailed Spanish train is refusing to answer police questions and, as a result, the case will "proceed to a judicial process as soon as possible".

Not related to the topic at hand, but not answering police questions reminds me of Kate McCann not wanting to implicate herself

Obsessed or what? They must think about the McCanns 24/7.

The hypocrisy - when she and her ilk post endless links to crap from Bullsh*t the WUM. That site becomes more pointless every day, Justice has gone out the window and pitchforking and lying come in the door.

All "Listed Questions" posed by The Police of any country are designed to implicate, should there be any such possibility. This was why The McCanns were made Arguidos, and why they were never going to be questioned again by The Portuguese Police. They retained for all time the right to refuse to answer. Unless The Arguido status was lifted. At which point they only had to demand Arguido status again.

As far as I can discern, The McCanns did not demand Arguido status. It was imposed upon them, although they could have done if they had wished.
It makes no difference in British law. Anyone can refuse, for obvious reasons.
This has nothing to do with Guilt or Innocence. It is just a legal fact.
No one in their right mind answers questions that because of the wording, might implicate them.

Sabot, they don't want it explained to them, that's not the idea at all. They just want an excuse to whine, for the millionth time, Why didn't she answer those incredibly important questions about NHS shift systems?

Their lives revolve around things like that.

I do think that The Justice Forum is trying to be even handed. The problem lies in the fact that they seem to think that Justice is best served by allowing any old crap, and they don't really know what has gone on for the last six years.

I am simply tired of being insulted and snipped at, so I said, "feck Off" to the insult. It will not bother me at all if I get banned.

Bonny, I am tired of pointing out how stupid The Questions were, and that most of them had already been answered.

Normally speaking such questions are designed by a psychologist, but obviously not on that occasion. They were designed by the pratt, Amaral who thought he could catch them out. Lies notwithstanding. Stupid, stupid. That is all the question did. Prove how bloody stupid Amaral is.

On the 22nd of July 2013, it was discovered that unauthorized access to our website and database has been obtained on the 20th of July.
The method is similar to the hacks that were recently conducted at other websites, even though those sites used other software.
One of the admins account password was discovered, and from there further escalation wasn't too difficult considering admin privileges can do just about anything.

Unfortunately, we are 100% sure that our user database has been stolen......etc, etc....

It's deja vu all over again...

20th of July? That was a week ago.

Well said that man - I am sick to death of Stuck Record and co wrecking that site, parrotting the same thing they have been saying for six years.

Until a way is found of turning back time, it's as pointless as it is tedious, and is nothing more than trolling and spamming.

One of my foreign friends asked me if stephen's problem could be that he was in fact neglected at some point in his childhood. I see what he is getting at - maybe he was a 'latchkey child?' The practice didn't stop as some people claim, it still goes on. Could latent hatred of his own parents be the problem? LL   

I don't know what's wrong with him LL, beyond something is. He's doing the same to Justice as he and his chums did to Amazon - making it not worth the effort of reading, to see the same things over and over and over again.

Maybe that's his agenda, of course - to drive dissenters away out of sheer boredom?
