I have a question: That page is to get "the truth of the police files out there", what is this truth then? What is in those files, released by the police that makes the Mccanns culpable of anything? What is contained in those files that reveal the police had the culprits in their reach. Do the files say "The police concluded that the Mccanns were guilty, and there was clear evidence to indicate this, so they were arrested"?

No, the files make it clear Amaral had no grounds whatsoever for suspecting the McCanns in the first place.
