Imagine my surprise when a fool who calls himself dodgydrpayne on twitter, unintentionally outed one of his own fellow trolls; and hey, guess what, this one is educated.
This one is an educated but no longer practising doctor with a husband who is a practising heart specialist. And thanks to the afore mentioned dodgy troll; we now know said ex-doctor's name and life story.
