Oh dear Lord, could you imagine a legal battle with Tony Bennett? Documents by the truck load, you said that, she said this - he turns everything he is involved with into an extended version of Dickens' Jarndyce .v. Jarndyce.

Which again begs the question, who paid the McCanns legal costs of nearly £300,000 in their action against Tony? There is no doubt he drove the costs up with his pedantic attention to even the most trivial details.

Having won their case, why then didn't the McCanns pursue Tony for the costs?

It may be of course that the Judge ordered the McCanns to pay their own costs, as it was their choice to be represented by such a huge and expensive legal team. Does anyone know the answer to that?

Oh FFS, how many times has this been explained to Mutton? The McCanns HAD NO 'LEGAL COSTS'. CR worked pro bono and BENNETT had to pay court costs.

Where do they get these stupid ideas from, and why do they never, ever grasp reality, however often the truth is pointed out to them?

They prefer to think that Bennett's money is going into The Fund. It isn't.

Yes I expect a lot of deleting going on at JH. I will be investigating who has hacked my personal email account. As far as I know hacking another person's email is an offence under the Computer Misuse Act.

What most amuses me about this organised hate campaign attacking the organised hate campaign fuelled by the posting of the supposedly not-admin of the Havern forum whose personal hate campaign against the McCanns gained him a conviction and serious financial penalty, is that the numpties probably don't know what significant role Amaral has played in this recent attack. They have not even noticed what is happening.

As for Bennett not being admin of that Havern forum, it is always significant when you look at the actual words used. There is no indication in what Bennett tells us that he has at no time been admin, that he wasn't admin quite recently or that he cannot simply take on the role whenever he chooses. When reading his posts it is wise to look at what he does not say as well as what he does say.

Quite. Bennett has plain and simply lied, publicly, too often for anyone sane to believe a word he says.

Anon at 16:01 I fully support that.
Once people have got stuff off their chests they should move on, else it will be viewed as malicious and vindictive than anything else.
Cristobel may feel indignant, of her own doing btw, but to carry on bashing JH Forum and to allow her blog as platform for trolls and shills to denigrate JH forum and members isn't going to achieve any thing expect give her a bad name as a woman scorned seeking revenge.
Enough is Enough.
I feel sorry for those genuine ones who were banned. CB I find it harder to sympathy with because of her treacherous behavior. JH had allowed her to promote her blog only for her to use it to destroy as well as encourage the destruction of JH forum that will not go down well in all quarters.
One thing people hate more than anything else is traitor.
