Isn't he legally bound not to?

he may even be harming the official investigation by trying to meddle with the witnesses. Some on the Jill Havern forum are demanding the Smiths come forward and make a public statement to rebut Tony's (frankly ridiculous) accusations - oblivious to the fact that this family are witnesses in a major criminal investigation, who cannot and should not, speak about anything pertaining to a future trial!

Oh, that's very good. Witnesses now have to come forward to rebut Cyber Allegations against them, otherwise they won't be believed.
Should they do this before or after The Trial? On the steps of The Court mayhap, because no written statement would be good enough. But at least it would be something to tear apart.

How can you say TB is genuine if he uses aliases such as Fleffer,Aiyoyo etc to make it seem that his point of view has support.That is underhand , deceptive and frankly unacceptable to your other members.

What about Barbara Nottage? Ray Stevens? Sean O'Guigan? That Trevelyan sock? Bird? Blonk? All the other sock names Bennett uses?
