They are blind, ignorant, fools, Tony. The press have read all the files PROPERLY. They know all about the 'Gaspar statement' and the doubts surrounding it, and that Team Gonc deliberately leaked it knowing it was actually valueless and of no interest.

The media have been to PDL; the media know far, far more about it than fools like them. The media also know, as was confirmed by the email from Stern, that Gonc is anything but a hero to the PJ - or in Portugal.

The media know perfectly well that there was a 'sighting' in India; it was a well-intentioned mistake. LE dealt with it PROPERLY and discreetly - ie, without telling the hater trolls all about it.

If they think the media don't know all about them, then they are even bigger fools. The media read the filth and lies they spout - in shock and horror.

Speaking of the media - I wonder how this might look on the front page of the Sun?

I doubt if Mrs G. does; whatever her reasons were for coming out with that nonsense, I should think the last thing she wants is to end up all over the UK press.

That it was leaked to the Portuguese tabloids by Team Gonc should be a matter of eternal shame to them - if they know what the word 'shame' means.

We don't even know what Mrs G. actually said, if anything, as no-one has seen the original, and what is circulated around the hate sites isn't even an accurate translation of the Portuguese translation.

I don't think Mrs G. would be in trouble, as she was speaking to the UK police, and assumed it would go no further.
It was Team Gonc who broke every bit of trust put in them and leaked the lurid version.

It was binned by the UK police for very good reasons; do the haters really want to see Mrs G. exposed to public ridicule?

Its one thing to joke about Aunty Phil's weight, and perhaps that is wrong, but its fair enough, for example, to express an opinion about the McCanns laughing outside church just days after their daughter has gone missing.

Its a fine line I feel. Its not okay really to mock Kate's fashion sense, but it is okay, I think, to at least discuss the fact that she chose to apply a full face of make up and have her hair done professionally immediately following her daughter's disappearance. Again, this is an area where it can be argued she left herself open to discussion by others.

It must be like looking in the mirror for most anti-Madeleines- but they just cannot see that they are doing the same as the troll who was convicted.

Justiceforallkids continues her stupidity by claiming that Australia is less restricted than the UK- Australia has a particularly repressive policy regarding the internet.

Their stupidity used to amaze me, now it just amuses me.

I confess, I didn't know that. I was curious as to how it would go down in Oz if one of their own ended up all over the Murdoch press there as one of the worst of the hater trolls.
