He does seem to want to bring in the military to do something with us. What that is, I don't know yet but Michelle was always embarrassed by her country before she became FLOTUS.

Re: America goes to the polls
It won't be anything good, whatever it is, Lily...
These idiots seem to be awfully impressed because places like North Korea and China are tut-tutting at the Great Satan oppressing them; they don't seem to have the smarts to grasp that those governments couldn't care less about them and their anti-social behaviour, it's just international tit-for-tat.
Actually, I would LOVE to see the idiots try these stunts in one of the Workers' Paradises. Lie down in the road and disrupt traffic in North Korea, China, etc., and you are likely to get a Workers' Paradise State Steamroller driven over your empty head.

I have to say, I was in stitches when I saw their lists of 'essentials' for demonstrating, it contained things like bottled water and phone chargers.
I don't think they are going to be storming the Winter Palace any time soon.

Well, what can you say about people who feel entitled to so much?

Re: America goes to the polls
None of them look like they've done a day's work in their entire life, frankly. I see tomorrow's attention-seeking wheeze is boycotting the Black Friday sales. I confidently predict that will make absolutely ZERO difference, as they doubtless charge everything to their parents' credit cards and would faint at the thought of associating with the masses at anything so vulgar and un-PC.

Well worth a read, especially in light of so far unconfirmed rumours that the young man found dead and burned in his car was one of the witnesses.
Rule by gangsta is no different to rule by Mafia, and shame on these idiots that are trying to legitimise it because the dead thug happened to have dark skin. So did the shopkeeper he assaulted and robbed.

Re: America goes to the polls
That is a case of mob rule manipulated and agitated by some with roots in Chicago. What a sick way to get power........

Re: America goes to the polls
America shouldn't have bothered with that 'Revolution' business, Lily. You could have had a Prime Minister that couldn't act like a dictator and over-rule Parliament, and a Head of State that didn't act like a dictator, meddle in politics, or act like a chav in public, with a pair of bratty, rude kids that sneer at everything - including their own father.
Or maybe they just have the same respect for him as the rest of the world?

Re: America goes to the polls
Maybe they have picked up on what their parents think about such events? We know that their mother had no pride in America before her husband was made president.
As for their father, we have seen many examples of his deep disrespect in his gum chewing etc.....while at important events.

Of course, the message that sends out to the rest of the grown-up world - and every tinpot dictator - is that you needn't bother about anything Obama says, he can't even get his own daughters to behave at public events in the White House.

Oh Dear. that is so dreadfully sad. The two half black daughters of The President of America do not know how to behave.. That has just about cleared me.

They did the same thing on a trip to Ireland, Sabot - sulked their way through the whole thing. They didn't seem to grasp that manners are supposed to go with the right to travel on Air Force One.....
There wasn't too much a fuss made about that because it was at the start of the Obama gaffes and rudeness, but it's been downhill all the way since.

Re: America goes to the polls
That has really upset me. I thought that the least their mother could have done was to teach them some good manners.
But not a boy child among them. And don't fight me on this one. It does matter. It shouldn't, but it does.

Re: America goes to the polls
It's got naff-all to do with the Obamas not having sons, Sabot, their parents are just as bad-mannered. And he's on course to be the last Black president of the US, ever. Unless, of course, large chunks of it secede, as they are already threatening to do, and the Chicago Democrats can carry on ruling whatever's left. If whatever's left hasn't been burned to the ground, of course.

It is really embarrassing to see such horrible displays of bad manners. They are there representing their country.....so I guess that that explains it right there.

Re: America goes to the polls
Things can only get worse, Obama is going to 'help'-

Mr. Obama has invited young civil rights leaders to the Oval Office later in the day to discuss “broader challenges we still face as a nation, including the mistrust between law enforcement and communities of color,” the official said.
The president has faced a challenge in calibrating his response to the situation in Ferguson, working to balance the task of urging calm and unity with his desire, as America’s first black president, to acknowledge racial wounds — all while being careful not to interfere in the investigation.
“Separate and apart from the particular circumstances in Ferguson, which I am careful not to speak to because it’s not my job as president to comment on ongoing investigations and specific cases,” Mr. Obama said last week in Chicago, “the frustrations people have generally — those are rooted in some hard truths that have to be addressed.”
The president also is scheduled to meet on Monday with elected officials, law enforcement officials and community, civil rights and religious leaders from around the country to discuss ways they can work together to foster stronger communities.
=======
But he HAS interfered in a criminal investigation, just as he did with the Trayvon business. And if rumours are true that he told the Missouri governor to stand down the National Guard and let the looters and rioters run wild last week, he deserves to be in the dock himself.
He has NEVER interfered when white youths have been shot by black cops, not once.
God help America in the final two years of his reign - assuming he doesn't find a way of extending it.
