Despite all this Ryan insists that it is not up to her to volunteer to help the police with their enquiries, someone else should do it. Well Brenda, I do address you now, I am sure a resourceful person like yourself will find away of contacting this site where you will be given two things, a crime reference number for the investigation into Hyland. You can then go to the police yourself and quote the number and volunteer the information you have. The second thing you will be given is the name of the person who gave Hyland your medical records including employment history.

How does the candiflip author know who gave the records and; is the author of the post on the candiflip site aware he is as guilty as the one who handed the information to Hyland?
Accessing someone's medical records and passing them around is a crime in itself. Withholding the culprits name and using the information to blackmail someone, is also a crime.
