Then there is the rubbish he has been spouting about the 'sighting' in India being a 'hoax'. No, it wasn't. There was indeed a mistaken 'sighting'; if the people most involved let the authorities deal with it, well, who can blame them?

We all know what would have happened if the pitchforkers had got hold of any names, don't we? Stalking, harrassment, abuse, their families being 'outed' - all the favourite hater tricks.

And oh, how we all laughed about him claiming the Sun had told him - well, anything. Just after he'd been called an 'immoral troll'? I think not.

Thing is, we all knew he was a fake and a fantasist - and a nasty one, at that. So why couldn't his erstwhile fanclub see it?

Or doesn't being a disgusing apology for a human being matter, as long as they hate the McCanns?

Well, by the looks of it, his fans have deserted him in droves. They latched on to him in the beginning because, like Pat Brown, he offered them some media clout in the battle to take the McCanns down. But his filth and nastiness has put even the most die-hard anti off and now they are pushing him out into the cold. And taking his fight to Bren, oh, he DOES have a deathwish, doesn't he? I can understand why he and Bennett couldn't get on together, their egos got in the way. And whilst Bret writes like a hooker from the red light district, Bennett writes like a high class escort; they may write in a different manner but, when the gloss is taken off Bennett's diatribe, he has the same gutter thoughts as Bret.
