So, Gonzo's filed an appeal?

Well, Portuguese law must be even wierder than we thought, that the plaintiffs can appeal against the defendant's appeal.

In most normal countries, this would be a matter between Gonzo and the courts.

So, either this is yet more Portuguese legal wierdness. Or the whole thing is a hoax.

Nope, there's no more sense to be had today, and Queen Hoho has amended her post to admit that what she posted is actually a copy of what is allegedly Gonzo's appeal.

So, same old, same old, from the haters. And then they wonder why everyone laughs at them...

I wonder if they are being coy, and causing deliberate confusion, because Gonzo has appealed - but only against the amount awarded to the McCanns for what he did to them?

Which would mean he admitted the offence - which wouldn't be at all good for the Scrounge Fund?

Time will, as ever tell - but one thing's for sure. Team Gonzo is lying, as usual.

OPPOSITION TO THE APPEAL
On 13th July 2015 at 20.31.48 there was an opposition to the appeal filed at Ms Duartes office by Mr Correia Alfonso on behalf of the Mccanns.

I see Blondie/scruffs/magnum/cloak'n'dagger/Gallacher, etc, etc, etc., took this fabrication to the hounders, as well. Amazing that none of them have caught onto supertroll, yet.

Ah well.

Surely Gonc's lawyer would file it with the court and a copy would be sent to Ms. Duarte?

Maybe they did do that and Blondie's post is very badly worded......

Ah, but I doubt very much if Ms Duarte would be giving documents to Blondie/scruffs/magnum, etc.

Trying to pass Gonzo's alleged appeal documents as the McCanns' contra-appeal documents was a pretty desperate stunt, IMO.

Though it's rather telling that none of the Gonzo fans even noticed what had been done.

They probably got their heads together and thought it was a brilliant idea.

They do prove that point about the definition of insanity. 

IMO what it boils down to is this facination with fame ansd fortune. Those reality shows plant false desires in people who have little or no talent, education etc and give them ideas they can never achieve. Therir sad little lives never get off the ground, they are consumed with envy of those who do have talent etc. Maybe one should feel sorry for them, I have tried to see the world they inhabit but I fail every time. LL
