Could someone tell me why any of these harpies imagine it is 'brave' to act like this? No-one knows better than the McCanns that it was folly to leave the children alone - so what is it the harpies imagine they are acheiving?

When one of them says, Yes, it was stupid to leave the children for short intervals, but the only criminal here is the scumbag/s that abducted Madeleine then I will listen to them.
