So, the Injunction was lifted. Much good did it do him. But I expect The Judge knew that. It was a Pyrrhic Victory. The McCanns have lost nothing.

When is it going to sink in that he cannot be vindicated? He cannot prove his ridiculous 'thesis'; he cannot prove any of the mad allegations he has made in interviews.

He has no Ace up his Sleeve; there is no Ace to be held.

He was given his Yuman Rite to have a 'thesis'; that is a very long way from being given carte blanche to libel people in his potboiler, or in the media.
