The Law regarding Arguidos is a load of rubbish. On one hand it allows the questions, and on the other hand it allows the refusal to answer.

In the meantime it allows The PJ to ask questions that would never normally be allowed to be asked. The questions in these circumstances are always self implacatory. You are a fool if you answer them, and you are a fool if you don't.

Just what do The PJ mean by making anyone an Arguido? Not a lot if you ask me.

reason i ask i dropped on a old friend and dont see her much , she was a fence sitter and we got talking about the case of neglect because a neighbour of hers had gone to the local supermarket to buy nappies because her son had a tummy bug , she left the boy with another child ? to how old but the police was called , the mcanns leave their children and its ok i said really taken back by her next remark , she asked what would i like to happen to the mcanns , i said i jail for neglect and endangering life and in a word she called me a nasty cow to want the twins without a mummy n daddy , yep ive been called a cow before but off a old friend
