Robert Murat Making News

Someone, or several people have, been found guilty in Portugal of breaching the rights of Robert Murat. Who did it isn't really important. The Court has ruled that it isn't allowed.
This will apply to Amaral.

Incidentally, I don't recall Morais sharing with anyone that the person who bore false witness against Murat had been dealt with?

Perhaps she should have mentioned it, though it might have left Bennett's 'dossier' looking a little thin. Instead, she left the lies to circulate, as did Gonc.

Now, why would that be?

He has been dealt with???? I didn't know that. Was it Criminal or Civil? And who brought the complaint?

No, no-one knew that, did they, Sabot? I would have thought that was worthy of the Morais blog, but seemingly not.

Another interesting observation:

Oh, and maybe someone should send Murat Bennett's Ongar address? He'd get far more than £15,000 in the UK courts for the trash Bennett has been spreading about him.

What a horror story. All those terrible lies to stitch up innocent people in the name of Free Speach. They were all at it. And what for? Why would they want to do this? What is it about tearing people's lives apart that turns them on?

Where Murat winning his claim, and being given a financial award, was described as 'losing' by Guedes:

Did the Portuguese Morning Post newspaper get off light?

Well worth a read - though I doubt if Gonc and co will like this bit of the article:

Course it isn't, Pedro, because like so much else, it seems to have flown off Gonc's desk, out the window, and into the lap of waiting CdM staff.

As you know, there has been a huge scandal in the UK about press abuse, leading to the Leveson inquiry. Many journos and dirty cops have been charged - FOR FAR LESS THAN THIS.

It's absolutely scandalous that this abuse of privilege has been going on. This is not 'free speech', this is not democracy - it's bad elements in the police subverting the media for their own ends.

Another day passes, and Morais still hasn't blogged about this.

Or attempted to explain the remarks about the AP staffer concerning the fat Portuguese bloggers inventing bullsh*t from police sources.

Speaking of fantasists, Birch the WUM claimed there was going to be huge coverage of his latest garbage in the Portuguese tabloids this weekend.

Dear me! Still nothing from Morais' about Robert Murat's victory. And still no explanation from her concerning the AP journo's report on the fat Portuguese bloggers he saw day after day, inventing bullsh*t from PJ Sources.

Portugal's most famous citizen churnalist still got nothing to say about this? Or any of the rumours concerning Gonc which are flying around?

Surely she should be preparing the forkers for bad news?

I expect she doesn't want to talk about or answer questions on how much money they made while they were spreading disinformation. And certainly before december 2007.

An awful lot of it does lead right back to Levy, and don't forget, Morais only objected to his activities when he tried to rip HER off; she seems to have been content to go along with it till then.
