I blew the "book" photo up to 400%. You can clearly see that the thumb is messed up and not real. It's definitely photoshopped. I'm disgusted that someone would do that.

I see the ghouls on MM are back to dissecting pictures of the McCann family again, in between making foul remarks about Madeleine being refrigerated, and wondering what happened when there were power cuts, and how often her parents went to view her frozen body which is in a Secret Fridge in PDL.

They are sick in the head, the whole lot of them.

Portugal and Spain are such vast countries with endless open and unexplored areas, that I can imagine an extremely private place for cremation could be found, followed by removal of her again afterwards.

Were they thinking of a Bonfire? Not a good idea in Summer, they could have set fire to the entire area. And it's against the law around here. The Maire can get very shirty about this.

Do they have even the faintest idea of how hot a crematorium fire needs to be to burn a body? Or that the bones do not turn to ash, they char and break into fragments which are then pounded to dust and mixed with the ashes?
