Violent riots continued for a second night in the southern Stockholm suburb of Alby, known for its significant immigrant population, RT’s Ruptly agency reports. Protesters set fire to cars and pelted police and emergency services with rocks and pyrotechnics.
On Thursday night, police were patrolling the suburb, which is home to large Syrian and Armenian diasporas, as well as more recent Iraqi refugees, when a rock flew through the back window of their parked car.

As officers searched for the culprits, the rioters set fire to tires on a public bridge, and poured gasoline over several cars, before lighting them up. When fire crews arrived they were also showered with projectiles.

On Friday night, police encountered yet more clashes with residents, although there has been no official confirmation of a link between the scuffles.

One man was arrested Thursday, but has since been released.

Sweden’s last major riots took place in 2013, provoked by an alleged incident of police brutality. But there have been widely-publicized incidents involving foreign-born residents, including asylum center murders, and sexual assault cases, over the past year.

Sweden accepted nearly 170,000 asylum seekers in 2015, more per capita than any other EU state.

As Swedish law forbids police to record the ethnicity and origin of the perpetrators, the identity of the recent rioters is unlikely to be uncovered.

Police have deployed tear gas against asylum seekers at the Idomeni refugee camp in Greece, on the border with Macedonia, local media have reported, adding that injuries are feared.
Dozens are feared injured, said Ruptly journalist Katica Djurovic, adding that police also deployed stun grenades against the asylum seekers.

According to the Greek newspaper Antenna, a group of asylum seekers attempted to cross the border and enter Macedonia, with Macedonian police then responding with tear gas and stun grenades.

The paper said several people have been injured, but has provided no further details.

“They [asylum seekers] threw rocks at the Macedonian police. The police fired tear gas in response," a Macedonian official told Reuters on condition of anonymity. “The migrants were pushing against the fence but standing on the Greek side of the border. The fence is still there, they have not broken through.”

And doubtless the baby-throwing barbarians made sure there were plenty of children in front of them, for propaganda purposes.

Skirmishes broke out across the lawless port town as roaming packs of migrants apparently carried out a mass violent bid to reach Britain.

Videos emerged online showing migrants setting fire to barricades made of wood and tyres in the middle of the motorway near the port, to force lorries to stop so they could break inside.

And one woman posted photographs of her friend's smashed up car, which she says was attacked by a gang of 15 migrants wielding stones and sticks who stole their belongings and left them with serious injuries.

The latest violence comes after haulage groups warned there has been a "serious breakdown in law and order" at Calais, with hundred-strong packs of migrants wielding iron bars becoming a regular sight for truckers.


Just a matter of time before live rounds are used on the third-world trash. IMO, of course.

Investigators believe a Pakistani bomber and an Algerian Isis fighter involved in the Paris terror attacks, above, used the migrant flow to infiltrate Europe

A suspected Pakistani bomber linked to the Mumbai attacks in 2008 joined Isis’s plot to commit atrocities in Europe — one of scores of trained terrorists to arrive in the EU posing as refugees, The Sunday Times can reveal.

The revelations come from sources close to a multinational investigation who warn more “large-scale” assaults on European countries, including Britain, are “imminent”. Dozens of the Isis operatives are still at large.

Muhammad Ghani Usman, who investigators suspect is a veteran bomb maker for the Pakistani terrorist organisation Lashkar-e-Taiba, as well as a group called Lashkar-e-Jhangvi, has been detained near Salzburg, in.....behind paywall.

Now, what would happen to these people if they tried to force their way into a country they have far more in common with - like Saudi Arabia?

Shortly after the Paris attacks, Usman and Haddadi resurfaced in Austria, applying for asylum at the Asfinag refugee shelter, near Salzburg, in late November.

Local police then arrested the men on December 10 when a fingerprint search linked them to the passports commandeered by Isis.

I seem to recall that one of the reasons the Calais mob won't register in France is because of fingerprints?

Bear in mind that these 'refugees' are NOT stranded at the border, they are there by choice. Greece has been laying on buses to take them to proper, organised camps, but they refuse to go.

They are choosing instead to try to force their way into Europe and using women and children as battering rams.

I don't even know what they imagine they are going to accomplish if they do manage to slip into Macedonia; the police will just round them up and send them back where they came from, and all the borders to Germany are now closed.

I suppose it will all make for good propaganda for the 'activists', lots of the usual sad photos.

OMG. I didn't realize.........what has happened to Great Britain? This is heartbreaking that it really is THAT bad.

So, they now proclaim that multiculturalism isn't working? Well, no sh*t.....

It's not all of Britain, Lily, far from it, just certain areas, especially in the big cities in England. The areas so many self-righteously denied existed until recently.

It's odd, Sikhs don't turn the areas they live in into shitheaps, Hindus and Buddhists don't either - quite the contrary, those communities usually beautify run-down urban areas.  It's only the adherents of one belief system that spread ugliness everywhere, and don't seem capable of even picking up their own litter.

Sigh......thank goodness that most of Britain is NOT like that! I can guess which countries they do come from though......
