Malinka, Portuguese Public Ministry, Take Gonc Stooge Arguido Carvalho To Court

I really don't know why the haters and pitchforkers are ignoring this, it is a big, big story - why, it could Crack the Case!

It is looking as if a CRIMINAL charge has been brought against one of Gonc's closest allies, not only by Malinka, but also by the Portuguese government.

The longer Morais tries to cover this up, the worse it is going to look when the truth comes out.

She is supposed to be head of the Portuguese Truthseekers, so how about a bit of Truthseeking on her own patch, instead of leaving it up to English-language bloggers, etc., to try to dig out the truth with the aid of Mr Google?

I'm sure Pedro is watching the Portuguese press for news of this.

Maybe he can help with a query from me? As Carvalho is on the court document as an Arguido, does that mean that this is a criminal charge?

I am not going to copy all of it, not least because I am as lost as everyone else in Portuguese legalese, but a couple of points:

this obviously has been going on for quite a while, well by the looks of it 3 years and nothing reported by PT posters.

Oh, I wonder why that would be?

There is mention of Malinka's claim that he was assaulted in PJ custody (where have we heard that before):

”The questioning was hard and outside the PJ, the agents’ irritation could be heard because the questions remained unanswered.”
That’s from the CdeM article about Malinka and it seems to me to be referring obliquely to the fact he claims they beat him.

Innocent people do seem to annoy elements in the PJ don't they?

And what this is seemingly all about:

What a pity Ms Morais appears to be reluctant to mention all of this; bit of a blow for Team Gonc, isn't it?

And right when Gonc is facing his own legal woes.

How long did she think she could keep the lid on all of this brutish behavior by her dear friend Gonc et al?

She is making matters worse by trying to keep a lid on this, Lily. I know Carvalho, Sargento and co were already arguido-ed over other matters, but this relates directly to Madeleine McCann.

Now here's a thing - why do the leading lights in Team Gonc persistently get into trouble with the law? They don't seem to have a great deal of respect for the laws of Portugal.

Bonny, they come across as thugs, quite frankly. Their attitudes regarding Madeleine suck.

Ms Morais should try to remember that the truth has a habit of coming out. So, she is simply delaying the inevitable.

She is actually doing a lot of damage to her country and how it is perceived around the world.

SUSPICIOUS BEHAVIOUR AND CONTRADICTIONS

THE MURAT CASE

That is a truly fascinating section of Gonc's book; his reasoning - or lack of it - is clear.

On Dead Dog Morning, after he has chucked the family pet into a rubbish bin, Gonc is on his way to 'work'.

He has already decided he doesn't believe Jane Tanner saw anyone..

The previous night, we had reviewed Jane Tanner's witness statement in detail: the individual whom she saw parading around in the open street with a child he had just abducted seems less and less credible to us.

- And where would he go then? If, as we have assumed, he didn't have a vehicle, he must have hidden in an apartment in the area.

Then - Hallelujah! Murat crosses Gonc's path, which rapidly leads to revelations about porn sites, cat-raping, and the English profilers being 90% sure Murat DONE IT.

He displays suspicious curiosity and seeks to know more. He offers to help us identify possible suspects. He knows the workings of the Ocean Club and the habits of the holiday-makers very well. He even, allegedly, tried secretly to access the investigation files. It is also known that he visits web sites of a pornographic nature.

I assume that the likes of Smiffy have had their instructions from Team Gonc to try to retro-fit the whole story to blame Jane Tanner and Lori Campbell for it all, to distract from the fact that

GONC STARTED IT ALL.

Gonc and his assumptions again? That reminds me of the only one key to the apartment, bonkers Gonc remark.

Still not a peep from Ms Morais about any of this.

Surely not Bonny. I am sure there is a perfectly simple explanation. After all, Ms Morais has her reputation for fearless honesty to consider.
