IMO, B$own fully intended to make mega-bucks off it, however, as it was listed on the same Amazon page as Kate McCann's SUCCESSFUL book, like a parasite feeding off a healthy host.

Definitely the plan, I believe. I imagine that is her reason for her allegation that her business has been damaged.
