The Judge has suggested that Carter Ruck's current charges of £28,000 might be a bit high. But they won't be all that much in excess of what is reasonable. Bennett and Carter Ruck have to come to an agreement about this, or The Judge will decide what is an acceptable amount. However much is agreed, it won't be funny ha ha for Bennett.
