So, which is it?

Long, bitchy, oops, I mean, chatty, lunches with the girlies, or busy busy with the reconstruction? I hate to be cynical, but I know which I believe.

I thought she was doing an investigation.

Hence the seafood restaurant tour!!! It all makes sense now!!!

Pat Brown couldn't investigate the contents of a garbage can never mind a crime scene.
She has never been invited by any Law Enforcement, in any State, to investigate a crime scene.
So God only knows, what kind of "investigating" she is doing in Portugal.

I think we are starting to get the picture, Tony - she should have told her dining companions not to mouth off when she was claiming to be busy, busy.

Let's see...

1. Arrive in the UK Tuesday morning, have a pie in a bus shelter in Windsor with Bennett.

2. Fly to Portugal, meet Team Gonc, sleep.

3. Meet Morais. Eat.

4. Friday - meet Gonc himself and eat in seafood restaurant where she gets her photo taken.

5 Weekend - travel down to Algarve - Portimao, if she was eating at Praia da Rocha. Lots of bars and seafood restaurants there; it's figured in rather a lot of Gonc domestic disputes.

Forkerfriends' version - long lunch.

Brown's version - busy busy with reconstruction.

but, if brown wants to investigate, I suggest that she should look for mental institutions for her, because someday she might need it.

How has she persuaded the McCanns and Tapas group to take part in this reconstruction? Or is she going to pretend to be everybody at once? Can't see how a one woman reconstruction works especially when that woman has shown she has no grasp of the facts of the case. But we will no doubt be enlightened.

Really funny that one of her fans says it was a long lunch and she says busy, busy. As you say that seems to have been what Amaral's plan for the day was when he was "investigating".

I would have thought the Portuguese forkers would have had the dignity to give her a wide berth, but looks like they are just as impressed by Awesome superstars of blogradion as the rest of them

She doesn't have to do a Reconstruction with real people because she would have to get the Air Space shut down first. And besides, they don't DO reconstructions in Portugal until they are quite sure that no one can come, mainly for fear of being stitched up.

Bonny, if she solves the case and, finds Madeleine; I will pay her expenses myself.
However, she will have to explain how the parents, who had never visited Portugal, managed to know the area so well; they could hide the little girl's body, never to be found.

Reading back, my post sounds stupid but, I think you catch my drift.

We can take it for granted that whatever ridiculous nonsense she spouts, it will have nothing to do with reality, and everything to do with her carrying on her vendetta against the McCanns, Tony.

Her precious Goncalo couldn't solve it. Nor, could the men who had served under him and, continued to work on the case when the new boss moved in.

Well, if an idiot like myself can see it, I feel overjoyed at the obvious fact, they are dumber than I am.

You know what they're like, Tony, they will do anything other than face reality, and the truth, even when it is biting them on the nose.

As for Patsy...all of this is for her next book. And the uneducated that buy her books will take it as the gospel truth. She's hoping to pocket a cool million like Amaral. And I'm thinking her "lawsuit" against Gerry and Kate is a preemtive strike.
