They obviously all approve of Torturing Witnesses, that much is quite clear. Although strangely enough, if Police Brutality was as prevalent in UK as it appears to have been in Portugal, these are the people who would most likely fall victim to such practices. They have no respect for The Law, and there are almost certainly a large quantity of Criminals among their numbers.

Fortunately, this practice is unlikely to happen again in Portugal. But I do foresee some interesting Appeals coming from The Prison population of Portugal. But this could take some time. Hopefully Marcos Correia has got them queuing up. Once he has done and dusted The Cipriano Family.
