I did point out that we should get rid of Police, Judges, juries and lawyers (all rather expensive and clearly a waste of time) and should rely on pseudo quacks like that clown to determine guilt by watching the telly.

Perhaps I should have added that if we give them a dog each and that the dog woofs at the screen it can be a double execution or something. You know more fun to hang the guilty for blinking and then hang them again for a dog woof than just to do it the once.
