However, they have got around it by taking aim at Kate McCann.

Not that long ago, they were enjoying themselves lynching innocent black people in the bad old Deep South.

They have always been around. Now, they have keyboards and a bizarre conviction that they are entitled to behave in any scummy, vicious way they want because it's their Yuman Rite, innit?
