So, without actually having to watch it, I have gleaned that so far, Salmonella Currie is blaming everyone but herself for putting a DJ in charge of Broadmoor.

Duncroft again. Investigation in 2007, nothing came of it, which isn't surprising, as it seemed to involve the cheque fraudster, and Fiona of the forged letter.

In a statement, the CPS said all four allegations were passed on by Surrey Police in 2009, but that it decided not to pursue convictions because the alleged victims were not willing to testify in court.

The allegations all relate to the sexual abuse of people under the age of 16 that occurred during the 1970s. Three of the incidents happened in institutional settings - two at Duncroft School and another at Stoke Mandeville hospital.

But they overcame their timidity sufficiently to 'testify' to an ex-policeman who knew about the failed investigation on telly? Where none of that boring 'evidence' is needed?

I saw him on telly once and he upset the dogs when he made that wierd yodelling noise; can I claim compo?

I was interested to read more thoughtful views than mine on last night's show - I refuse to call it a 'report'. I look forward to seeing some up and coming iconoclast make an expose about Mark Williams Thomas and his dubious activities - there is something of the night about him.

It will happen, Bonny. Those who live by the sword, die by the sword. I am just amazed by the fact that they never see it coming. They think that they can say what ever horrible things that they like, and never a thought for the harm they do.

Apparently, Mark Williams Thomas was a Detective Constable for one year before he left The Police Force.
Loads of experience then.

IMO, if he was the 'expert investigator' he claims to be, he would have admitted that the original allegations, from 'Fiona' and co, had been proven to be a crock of sh*t.

Instead, he bulldozed on, acting as if they were proven facts. He can't keep this up forever, the truth is starting to spread. The mainstream media KNOW, even if they haven't worked out quite how they are going to tell the general public yet.

None of this is going to come to Court. Too many people know now that it's a crock of shit, even if The Media aren't saying anything.

Oh, and The CPS will know by now, as well.

I have no idea what he's saying, Sabot - I think personally that he's starting to spin in the wind as this unravels around him.

The truth about this unsavoury matter IS starting to come out; MWT's kidding himself if he thinks the media don't know about his fantasists 'witnesses'. And when the truth about it is put before the general public, the current uproar is going to look like a gentle ripple, beside the tidal wave of condemnation that is going to hit MWT.

The damage he has done to child protection in the UK is immeasurable; who is going to listen to GENUINE victims when the porkies this lot have been telling at MWT's behest reach the mainstream media - as they are going to.

Which makes me very angry indeed.

The police investigation into the Jimmy Savile abuse scandal has cost around £2 million so far, the Metropolitan Police Commissioner said today.
Bernard Hogan-Howe gave a committee of MPs an estimated cost for Operation Yewtree, which involves a team of 30 officers.
Scotland Yard is leading a national probe into alleged abuse by disgraced TV presenter Savile, as well as claims made against other figures in the entertainment industry.
Earlier this month the force said it was dealing with around 450 potential victims, the vast majority of whom claimed they had fallen prey to Savile.
Officers are looking at three strands within their inquiry: claims against Savile, those against Savile and others, and those against others.
Most of the 'others' allegations have been made against people associated with the entertainment industry.
So far Gary Glitter, comedian Freddie Starr, DJ Dave Lee Travis and a man in his 70s, reported to be former television producer Wilfred De’Ath, have been arrested and bailed as part of the probe.


Mr Hogan-Howe addressed the Commons Home Affairs Committee as his force is facing more than £500million in cuts.
The Met is selling New Scotland Yard as part of the plans, and will see the loss of 1,200 officers ranked sergeant or above, as well as around 3,500 members of civilian of staff.

Between the police, pay-offs to BBC bosses, and damages to Tory peers, the taxpayer/licence payer is now some THREE MILLION POUNDS down because of this little lot, with nothing to show for it.
