I freely admit, I skipped most of the press huffing and puffing. It's a small hospital, where they would expect people to behave with consideration for others WITHOUT massive security to protect staff and patients from morons.

This poor woman believed it was The Queen. Would you all have believed this? I think I might have done. Who in their right mind pretends to be The Queen when her grand daughter in law is ill?
The Radio Station Lawyers then passed if for broadcasting, and The Media then put the boot in. Bloody well done you all.

A woman is dead because she couldn't live with the shame of being duped by a pair of infantile cretins and then being crucified by our Wunnerful Free Press.

Well, I don't know what the Queen sounds like when she is not speaking in Queen - who would? Certainly not a Indian nurse, poor woman.

I saw a poster suggesting elsewhere that there is more to this than the radio station revealed. I have thought that myself - they didn't broadcast whatever started the call.

The other thing is, that KE VII is a semi-military hospital, where people know how to behave and what the rules are WITHOUT HAVING TO BE TOLD.

They simply would not be expecting two Aussie ar@eholes to make unfunny phone calls at dawn.

After reading the story in the Australian paper; I went and checked out what the British papers had to say initially.What I found was every bit as disgusting as the initial imbecilic actions of the Australian DJ'. The British press crucified her. Though her name wasn't mentioned, she herself knew who they were writing about. The poor woman must have been mortified at the thought she had brought shame to the hospital she respected, loved, and worked for.
Therefor, In my opinion her death certificate should indeed read, "Death By Media".

It will never stop, Sabot, not as long as the media have few restraints on what they write.
My thoughts also go out to the second nurse who must be absolutely emotionally shattered by it all. I sincerely hope she will be allowed to heal in peace free from the hounding press.

I was being sarcastic, Tony. But I do wish The Press would take on someone who knows how to fight back.

This story is awful, and a bit mysterious still. When the news broke that KM was pregnant and suffering from this disease I had a bad vibe in general. I think a few agencies bear some responsibility here, it cannot just be down to two DJs and a prank.

It got a 'bad vibe', bless - but notice, there is no mention of the late Jacintha Saldanha, the sock is too busy concocting 'mysteries' and excusing moronic, sick behaviour as 'a prank'.

Really, who needs this? Does it improve humanity in any way whatsoever?
