Explain why witnesses to this case are all attending on that date then Bennett? Maybe you should read letters addressed to yourself a little bit better, as the case is also listed for that date. You didn't even tell people on your site about the last court date until it was over

Onlookers could be forgiven for thinking that Bennett has convinced himself that his shenanigans are bound to cause his date with the High Court to be delayed YET AGAIN.

By the way, I assume that both of Emilie Parker's parents wholeheartedly approve of this fund being set up for their benefit, and have either consented in writing, or given strong and unequivocal verbal assent.

Usually, where an account is set up for a specific purpose such as this, the bank will require sight of either a trust deed (as per the Find Madeleine Fund) or a constitution (as per The Madeleine Foundation), or similar document. I wonder for what specific purposes the fund will be used?

Here, by the way, each parent would receive the sum of £5,500 from the Criminal Injuries Compensation Authority (i.e. from the government) as their child has died from a crime of violence.

Bennett has once again started his vendetta against Mr. Barrymore. His reasons for doing so are unclear; however, he is now wading in dangerous waters and could find himself facing another court case for libel in the near future.

IMO, libel is going to be the least of Bennett's problems, if there is evidence that he was paid for his vendetta as part of the smear campaign.
