Can't stop laughing.
Read this for a treat by a delusional hounder.
I think when the police get here they will be bringing roses and chocolates all round, to thank us for the accumulation of information and analysis which we've done, and for all the money we can now save the taxpayer, in the search for (justice for) Madeleine McCann.

What did he expect? That the McCanns would cower at him?
He was the one who had to believe the incompetent Gonc. Who swallowed every theory no matter how stupid or implausible.
He made his bed now he has to lie in it.

Do any of the stupid muppets remember what this is all about?
an abducted child whose parents have had to try and find her for nearly SIX years while at the same time having to go up against filth like BENNETT who has tried his hardest to distract her parents from finding her with his constant allegations.
he is an absolute disgrace to mankind and I hope to goodness that when he meets his beloved God, he gets a slap round the chops off him.

Don't forget it is Bennett who received information that should have gone to the proper FindMadeleine site, which could have had important information about Madeleine, yet Bennett never passed it onto the authorities did he

It's as though he and Gonc decided to go out of their way to provide NO ASSISTANCE to help a small child.

Rhodes, it has been said (by those who have had purported near death experiences), that everyone experiences every single thought and feeling of those who have been at the receiving end of horrible deeds, at Judgment Day.
Now that would be better than a slap.

Re: BENNETT GETS THE BILL
Oh, what a surprise!
Rumour re Tony being to ill to attend court not true - but is in state of anxiety
admin Today at 8:33 am
Tony does not have chest pains and will be attending court, and he will post here this afternoon to let people know in which court the McCanns' committal-to-prison application will be heard.

Written by Tony:
In a letter to Carter-Ruck dated 30 January covering a number of matters, I wrote this:
THE DEFENDANT’S HEALTH
I enjoy generally good health but wish to place the following on the record. I saw my doctor for a check-up on Monday as I have been short of breath (I am asthmatic) and have been feeling unusually anxious. This was very much worsened when on Friday 16 January in an attempt to back up the last six months’ data on to a spare hard drive, all my documents over the past few months were lost, due to ‘bad sectors’ on my original hard drive. Most of the documents I was preparing for the trial were lost. Whilst these were fully retrieved by a computer expert three days later, this event left me badly behind with my preparation for trial, distraught and overwrought - and I have not recovered.
My doctor has diagnosed an acute anxiety episode which she says will ameliorate at the end of my trial. My blood pressure is up significantly but not considered dangerous. My lung power, which for a healthy adult of my age should be around 600L, is currently down to about 250L, the lowest it has ever been. I have received medication for asthma for 31 years and was once hospitalised due to extreme shortness of breath. The only medication I am on at present is for the asthma.
Carter-Ruck then wrote back and said, in terms: Are you seeking an adjournment? - if so, you will need a letter from your doctor and the court will consider it.
I confirm that I am not seeking an adjournment on health grounds. I was simply making the Court aware of my current state of health. I remain in a state of great anxiety such as I have never known before, and that was not helped by your letter yesterday telling me that your total estimated costs in this matter have now risen to £288,503. That state of anxiety is bound to affect the extent to which I am able to conduct my defence effectively. That is all I can say on the matter.
NOTE: Both letters were copied to the judge.

And what's this?
http://inforrm.wordpress.com/2013/02/04/law-and-media-round-up-4-february-2013/
On 4 and 5 February 2013 there is an application for an order for committal in the case of McCann v Bennett. This was the subject of a judgment on 24 October 2012, ([2012] EWHC 2876 (QB)).

I would not be at all surprised if Tony had to seek urgent medical attention by the sound of things
Oh, neither would we. We've been expecting him to throw a last-minute sickie in the hope of delaying the court yet again.

Re: BENNETT GETS THE BILL
And what's this from Bennett earlier today?
The forum-owner noticed that one of those logging in to the forum on a regular basis had an IP address which was traced to 'Peter Carter-Ruck' (rich founder of Carter-Ruck, now dead). She has sent me details. Carter-Ruck began regular monitoring of this forum on 28 September 2011 and did so on an almost daily basis for months thereafter. They were not looking out for other people's alleged libels, only mine - their pattern of searching revealed this. They combed the entire forum looking for anything I might have said that they thought breached any of my undertakings, going right back to when the forum was first opened in2009. Most days they were on for about 1 to 1.5 hours, sometimes much longer. An employee of Carter-Ruck took screenshots of all postings of mine deemed to breach any undertaking, and they form part of the McCanns' case for having me committed to prison, served on me on 1 December 2011. In addition, Carter-Ruck has formally admitted that one of their staff is a member here and can see everything that other members can see, though not the Admin sections

What? They've made a CR employee a mod?
They must have, as only Admin should be able to see the Admin section.

Re: BENNETT GETS THE BILL
Wasn't that letter around the time when he ((ahem)) forgot he couldn't attend court on the 29th January??
Sounds like Bennett was trying to get out of attending court by using the illness line, until he was told he will need a Doctors Note to delay it, then he remembered he couldn't attend didn't he.

How funny! They've deluded themselves that the media hang around because they secretly hate the McCanns, too.
They'll be in for a shock when they find themselves starring in a special Sun supplement on VILE SICKO TROLLS, then.

The poster in question is a very very respected poster
Also if they knew Carter Ruck were watching them.....then why still post libel, lies and breach the undertakings? Fact is they didn't until they were told.
Oh and why not ban them

Indeed good to know.
Know also, C-R, TM, et al that many posters here send material direct to the news and features desks of the leading papers, to Private Eye, and to Operation Grange.
Lots of it.
Yeah, and many posters here know what happens to it.
When the unlucky recipients have stopped laughing, it goes STRAIGHT IN THE NUTTER BOX.

He has no one else to blame but himself!!!!
The McCanns didn't stalk him, write lies about him, or, encourage others to leaflet his neighbors with gross libel about him. So if he is ill, it's his own damned fault!

Re: BENNETT GETS THE BILL
Tony, didn't we all predict he was going to try to pull a sickie? And so it has come to pass
What's the problem? All those hypocritical prayers from the hounders not enough for him? He even co-opted God into his hate campaign yesterday.
Notice he didn't actually address the rumours about him handing over private member info, just channelled the spirit of some 17th century alleged dead ancestor - which led to the unveiling of his barking mad dinosaur posts.
Wouldn't surprise me at all if he's handed over member info and offered to close the site in return for lesser penalties.
