I can very well imagine that it could be the case that Tony didn't want fragmented and uncontrollable information going out and am, in fact, awaiting a well composed and formulated recording of Day 1. Or maybe, we even have to wait till the end of Day 2 [if any]

It's gone very badly for Bennett, so he wants to keep a lid on reports of events in court until he can think of a way to twist them to suit himself.

It was indeed, and it wasn't believed. Let's hope Bennett remembers to mention that in the 'official' report.

And what a cheek, Bennett asking for yet another adjournment - I'm glad the judge slapped that one down.

Judge Tugendhat must have been fed up with having to stop Bennett spouting irrelevancies.

I'd heard the same. How nice, he handed the judge a list of fellow hounders. Very honourable that was. So now the details of his fellow pitchforkers are in the hands of the judiciary.

Ouch!

Mind you, reading that list of names would have been enough to put anyone to sleep.
