How could it be in the police files when it was sent AFTER the files had been released and the matter archived? By that time, Paiva was in charge, so he probably tore himself away from the webcam long enough to throw it in the NOT RELEVANT file.

Neither the BBC nor Sky touched it, and even the Star had the sense to make it very clear that it was only being CLAIMED.

Wouldn't be at all surprised to see an apology and retraction in the ST next week; they really should know by now not to be taken in by conmen. Even if it does suit proprietors out for revenge.
