Agent PSP took and sold photographs with Daniel
By Lilia Bernardes Today7 comments
Police recorded phone pictures with the boy of 18 months at the time it was found and admits that sold them. Says that the money was to give the family of Daniel
The agent of the Police station Calheta took pictures of the boy's mobile phone after he was found and have sold pictures to the media, now claiming that the money raised is to be offered to the child who was missing family.
The act can be a serious disciplinary offense and set exposure and minor crimes of unlawful photography. This is a child, who despite having been missing, have the right to be protected and this is the duty of the authorities.
The PSP was questioned by DN but did not react.

Daniel is now at home with parents
By Lilia Bernardes and Lusa
(UPDATE at 16:20) Daniel, the baby of 18 months which disappeared a week ago and reappeared 70 hours later, already with parents, Calheta, Madeira, after being discharged from the hospital this morning from Funchal, the 10:30 AM.
Parents are the child happily and quickly went home. A few minutes later they were surprised by the arrival of a minivan Pingo Doce supermarket chain that emerged for, under the gaze of many journalists, delivering food and other goods - like diapers - the family.
This apparent solidarity action was not previously announced.
"Right now I've got what I most want at home is Daniel," said the mother of Daniel, Lydia Freitas.
Accompanied by Aunt Katie, Lydia Freitas arrived today to the house of in-laws, who live with the boy who was immediately taken out of the car and carried, wrapped in a blanket, into the housing.
"Daniel is well thanks to God, thanking you [media] that [we] give our space because Daniel at this time, want to be near family," he said.
Also grandfather, Augustine Abreu said to the boy at home "is happier."
Rosa Sousa, grandmother, also expressed his satisfaction saying he was "happy that the nightmare is over."
At the end of the morning, Miguel Ferreira, president of SESARAM, health services in the Autonomous Region of Madeira, told journalists that the child was discharged to be clinically well. He added that for security reasons the Judicial Police was informed that the child would leave the hospital.
The child was then handed over to the parents. When the DN found, Social Security was not called to intervene in this case.
The police continue to investigate what happened on Sunday afternoon when Daniel disappeared, Calheta, Madeira. The family was home for a few uncles when he failed to see the baby.
The police raided the place and asked the parents but Sunday until the early hours of Wednesday nothing was known.
It was a levadeiro, who works in the irrigation canals, he found Daniel brought by the New. The baby has since been in hospital in Funchal.
The abduction theory gains strength as an explanation for the case. The lowest was found at about 1500 meters from the family home. The Judicial Police continue to investigate.

Re: baby disappears in Madeira
It might be an idea for the Gonzo fan club to stop pretending that Daniel was found thanks to some Cunning Plan of the PJ and just admit that they stuffed up badly.
The ridiculous excuses being invented are making the PJ look desperate, frankly. And there's still the little matter of the double-page Smear Spread in CdM to be explained by whoever was passing 'information' to that rag.

Good to hear he's now well.
The lengths the Gonc groupies go to knows no bounds. They will never admit that the PJ were wrong.
