Scareforce One Makes Day Trip To Aberdeen - Page 24 Spainmonarchy

This was the largest demonstration in the history of Barcelona with 1,8 million people showing up exceeding all previous records. Demonstrators were waving independence flags and wearing yellow-and-red shirts with the phrase “Now is the time” shouting “Independencia!” as they swarmed into the semiautonomous area in northeastern Spain that hails Barcelona as its capital. What is clear, we are seeing the beginning stages of what we have warned about – the rise of civil unrest that leaded to nations dividing or being overthrown in revolutions. What has taken place in Scotland is by no means going unnoticed.

“Independence, independence”, has been the new cry of the people today in Spain in the center of the Catalan capital. Two main roads that converge at a place filled over a distance of seven miles with people. Here, a “V” for “Victoria” (Victory) was formed. The amount of protesters is very impressive and the police have been gearing up for this because they know what is coming.

Catalonia has 7.6 million inhabitants and this is a very important region for Spain. Despite the economic crisis and an unemployment rate of more than 22 percent, Catalonia is around one fifth of total gross domestic product of the Southern European country is generated. Proponents of secession from Spain think an independent Catalonia would achieve a higher standard of living.

Queen Isabella I of Castile and King Ferdinand II of Aragon formed Spain for they were married on October 19th, 1469 when Isabella was eighteen years old and Ferdinand a year younger. Their marriage united both crowns under the same family since they were cousins and this marriage formally created one kingdom – Spain. Our timing models showed the beginning of tension in 2010.8 and these demand will start to really rise 2015.1. So far, everything is on point. Spain appears to be divide by 2036.

That is the perfect example of how it should be, LL. I really cannot be doing with people hanging onto the past and kidding themselves that Brittania rules the waves. It doesn't. That's gone for good.

The Oh Noes! really should take a look around the world; they'd see that the prosperous, peaceful western nations are the small ones, not these delusional, bankrupt dinosaurs clinging onto the past. What would be so dreadful about northern England and Cornwall having, at the very least, federal powers over their own affairs, instead of having the life - and money - drained out of them by Westminster and getting b*gger all back?

I wouldn't be surprised if even the US split sometime in the future; people in Texas seem to be fed up with keeping the rest of the country going and getting the sticky end of the lollipop back.

Downing St reception used to goad business chiefs into action
By Elizabeth Rigby, Martin Arnold and Jim Pickard

It was at a reception at Downing Street on Monday evening that the prime minister issued a “call to arms” from Britain’s top executives to galvanise business into action over Scottish independence.
David Cameron evoked Britain’s defeat of Hitler in the second world war as he spoke to an audience of more than 100 business leaders of the need to fight to keep the UK together.

And what were they promised in return? Blind eyes being turned to abuses of planning permissions? 'Help' to take over land? The Inland Revenue won't be looking any too closely at dodgy deals?

The businesses that have got involved with the unionists have blown their own feet off as far as half of Scotland is concerned,

There won't be too many YESers shopping at Asda in future; many folk are stopping paying their TV licences in disgust via a legal loophole; others are changing their bank arrangements.

Sky, Tesco, Aldi, Lidl, Netto, Santander, etc will benefit as they are letting their customers make their own minds up, instead of issuing threats and lies on behalf of 10, Downing Street.

Referring to my earlier post re Czech Republic and Slovakia, there is also another example, the Dual Monarchy countries of Austria and Hungary which, though there have been ups and downs since WW1, have still managed to maintain friendly relations with full diplomatic relatins set up in 1921.  It was the Hungarian-Austrian border that was the first part of the 'Iron Curtain' to be opened as the Soviet iron rule on Europe began to falter.    Many Austrians own land and companies in Hungary and vice versa.    LL

Unionist attitude:

Michael MacDonald Decent & smart women will vote no, same applies to men

Oh, so what does that make the millions of Scotswomen who are going to vote YES? Shameless hussies, that should be in the kitchen making their man's tea before he goes down to the Lodge?

It's astounding that such attitudes are still around in the 21st century.

Peter Mullan: No campaigners are deeply insulting and very patronising
Friday 12 September 2014
Actor Peter Mullan has criticised the "scaremongering" by anti-independence campaigners, branding it "deeply insulting and very patronising".

Scareforce One Makes Day Trip To Aberdeen - Page 24 165179

Mullan, who starred in Trainspotting and My Name Is Joe, made the comments as he campaigned for a Yes vote in Glasgow with Scottish Deputy First Minister Nicola Sturgeon.

His comments came in the wake of reports that shoppers north of the border could have to pay higher prices if Scotland votes for independence next week and that banks and financial institutions could move south of the border.

Mullan, who described himself as a lifelong supporter of independence, said: "The scaremongering of the last few days was hardly surprising, it wasn't unexpected.

"We all knew that they were going to throw the kitchen sink at us and now they're basically ripping apart the entire kitchen, it's plates, cups, saucers, knives, forks, they're throwing at us.

"In fact it is getting wearisome, every day you wake up and it's like 'what will they come up with today, what will they dream up about this catastrophe that will befall us all?'

"It's deeply insulting and very patronising, this notion that all of us, for the last 2,000 years, hadn't realised how useless a country we were, how we were incapable of doing anything and how, if as part of a democratic process we choose to determine our own fate, our own destiny, then we are looking towards complete economic meltdown. I find that really insulting.

"It makes me angry because it is bullying of the highest order and it is intolerable."

The actor and director said he had never understood why Scotland "didn't run our own affairs".

He added: "It was just like an instinct. It's like breathing. This is something we should never be having to ask ourselves, whether we control our own country."

He also said a Yes vote would be "huge" for Scotland's arts and cultural sector, claiming: "It will be massive, it will unleash a huge level of creativity we couldn't even have dreamt of 10, 20, 30, 40 years ago. The confidence it will give to the creatives in our country is incalculable."

While polls increasingly suggest the contest between pro and anti independence campaigners is too close to call, Mullan insisted: "I think it's going to be a Yes.

"When people go into that little booth and they see that very simple question, I really believe a lot of folk who are undecided, when they really think about it, when they go with their heart and their head, I think they will vote Yes.

The BBC filmed Brian Cox canvassing for YES in his Dundee hometown a few days ago, and put the caption HOLLYWOOD ACTOR at the bottom of the clip. Rolling Eyes

They were equally insulting to Alan Cumming, for YES-ing and not toeing the Labour luvvie line.

You really have no idea of the sh*t being spewed by BBC Scotland right now. Someone pointed out that they don't care, for two reasons:

1. In the unhappy event of a Bitter win, no-one will call them to account for their shocking propaganda - they're more likely to get promoted to fat jobs down south.

2. In the happy event of a YES win, they're going to be out of a job.

New Scotland can be 'Singapore' of Europe: WPP CEO

An independent Scotland could take marketing lessons from Singapore's business-friendly, trade-dependent economy, the CEO of the world's largest advertising group told CNBC.

"From a sort of marketing, trade and investment point of view, I think [an independent Scotland] would mirror Singapore," Sir Martin Sorrell, CEO of WPP, told CNBC on Thursday.

The Southeast Asian city-state is consistently ranked one of the world's easiest places to do business. It's also the city with the best investment potential globally, according to the 2014 Business Environment Risk Intelligence (BERI) report.

UK To Get VETO On Gordon Brown’s Devo Proposals
Gordon MacIntyre-Kemp | 12/09/2014 | 0 Comments

Gordon Brown’s Devo Timetable unconstitutional according to House Of Lords.

In an act of desperation the NO campaign pushed Gordon Brown to the fore to announce a timetable for what they call “more powers” in the event of a NO vote. This supposedly iron clad timetable does not include at any point a second referendum that allows for the people in the rest of the UK to vote on whether Scotland should be granted more powers.

However research from Business for Scotland has identified that according to the House of Lords Select Committee on the Constitution, 24th Report of Session 2010–12, Gordon Brown’s cobbled together timetable would be unconstitutional.

Let’s be clear, the House of Lords’ report states categorically that any further powers for Scotland should be subject to a UK -wide constitutional process, including the possibility of a UK-wide referendum. This means that the massive pool of MPs representing London and the South East, who benefit most from the union, effectively get a veto on whether or not to reform it.

Proclaimers no more as radio goes ‘Scot Free’

An English radio station has banned all Scottish music - including hits by the Proclaimers - and redesigned it’s logo as a backlash to the referendum.

The edict on BOB fm was issued by programme controller and breakfast show host Graham Mack at 8.20am, when he interrupted the Proclaimers’ ‘500 Miles’ halfway through the song.

He announced: “I’ve had enough of this! You’ll walk 500 hundred miles, but you don’t want anything to do with England?

“After all we’ve done for you! For 300 years, we’ve put up with your bagpipes, your spicey eggs, your hairy cattle, your short arsed ponies, your men in skirts, and... THE KRANKIES!

“You ungrateful bunch of whisky swigging, haggis munching caber tossers! From now on, this radio station is banning anything Scottish, that includes music by ALL Scottish artists!

“Until further notice, BOB fm is now Scot Free!”

The ban includes top Scottish musical talent including Paolo Nutini, KT Tunstall and Primal Scream.

BOB fm has also redesigned its logo, which features the union flag, to remove the St Andrew’s Cross.

Nothing like a display of bigotry and racial stereotyping to add to the tone of debate. Pcorneater
